Wednesday (08/14/2019), Miller finally signed a contract renewal with Pramac Ducati. He will continue to strengthen Ducati until the end of the 2020 MotoGP season.
Good to hear Miller is going to continue riding. He's a good rider imo. Such a shame he didn't have a good bike to compete with other riders. If only he can get a bike like Dovi's then he probably could fight for the top 4.

I think that Lorenzo era is gone now,he came as the giant to beat Rossi and company in his beginnings and the Lorenzo's land flags proved that he had the ability to do so.Unfortunately after Simoncelli death he is not the same as he was truly shocked by Simoncelli death and his performance has come in going down. The only one who can beat Marquez is Dovizioso but he is not constant in his driving style.

I don't really think Simoncelli death is the cause. On top of that, Lorenzo is not that 'emotional' and I doubt any rider would drop their performance because they lost their teammate or rival. Lorenzo is having a hard time adapting to his new motorbike and his fitness is probably not as good as the past few years. And this is why Rossi is really amazing because he can still be consistent even though not always win a race when he's already 40 years old or so. If Lorenzo can be as fit as before, and he can find the best setting for his bike, he should be able to compete with the top 3 again.

When you mentioned Simoncelli, Rossi was person who took most of that. There were friend real ones. On Lorenzo topic he is struggling very much since last MotoGP title back in 2015. He cant find rhythm for race and when he do he make mistake. My opinion is that if he dont do anything in next season he will be replaced. On other hand we have veteran Rossi, he tries and tries, but he I must say this losing slowly everything he had. We have younger and more perspective drivers, and no matter that he have most fans and everybody comes to see him think that next season will be over for him.

Cal Crutchlow and Maverick Vinales visit Stamford Bridge on Wednesday (8/21/2019). Vinales and Crutchlow met with Kepa Arrizabalaga at Stamford Bridge. The three had a chance to chat at Chelsea headquarters. Kepa invites them to surround Stamford Bridge. Vinales had shown his expertise in processing the ball in the grass of the Stadium located in London.

I agree, but it seems simoncelli's death is not so influential with the performance of Lorenzo, the proof he can still be world champion in 2015, despite a bit of controversy, the luck factor also seems not to side with Dovi.

When all this is put together we had era of Rossi, then we had Stoner and Lorenzo, how is Marquez era. He is young for this sport and fast. Last race was one of the epic ones no matter if Ducati won the race. Still for this season is over Marquez will be again champ. Thing could change if he crash in next two races, but think at this point its not possible only if he make some mistake. On other hand it could be good for championship but my humble opinion on this is that he took another title.

Well, the Stoner era was short. Was Stoner really good or was he good only cause on that time they got 2 brands of wheels and he got the right one? None will ever know since he left MOTOGP very young, he was under 30 maybe even under 25 when he left a few years ago.

I think that Stoner had a bright future as a driver. He was also lucky that he joined Ducati on their best times, when the bike was the best in the championship. The bike plays vital role in the dominance of the league.

Very true, I know I said it many many times, this is why I love the BMW boxer cup races. Everyone has the same bike, it's ALL about the rider. No better tech for some people or sticker tires, it's all about skills. -Dave

Rossi did a tricky last qualification lap. He looks so happy with it. Good for him, at least he can challenge and have a fight for the podium.
I hope Marquez won't 'run away' like what he did in almost every race. Sure he wins, but it's not fun to watch.

I am happy to see Rossi on the second position of the starting Grid. It would be interesting to see a "fight" between Marquez and Rossi. The "rising talent" vs the "Legend". This race has all the fonts to be an exciting one.

This was another epic race. Shame for early crash in first cornet from Quartararo and Dovizioso, luckily for them without any major injuries, except the Ducati bike. Awersome move in last lap last corner from Rins with going out but im going in move and win with 0.0013 of the second. Last two races shown that we have some new hopes in MotoGP. Now we will have 3 weeks break.
