yes i will like to accept it, although there is not a single shop in our are who are accepting bitcoin but still i am welling to accept my salary in bitcoin and the reason is that i already convert my whole salary to bitcoin for investment therefore it will be better for me if i receive my salary in bitcoin.

If the fluctuation is still happening now in our time, And in your case you accept it as your own salary through bitcoin in fact you already did, right? What if your salary is 0.4btc base on the price we had now, then your salary day is next week but all of a sudden the price of Bitcoin immediately down to 300$ on the day of your salary day, will that be okay with you?  Huh
No one would be happy with that but it is a very unlikely situation and not really how it works.
When getting paid in bitcoin you are receiving the rate at which your fiat deposit reached the bitcoin exchange or bitcoin payroll provider and that will take no longer than 24hrs most places.

Even if the price dropped  $100 in the 24hrs which is a massive drop you would still only take a small haircut on the average wage.

I will like it when btc is cheap, so I can get rather more btc. I don't like it when btc is expensive, so i could get a few coins.

I guess if your current salary with bitcoin, along with the price of bitcoin too expensive then it is an advantage you can get. Because with it if exchanged by fiat, you will get a lot. But otherwise if bitcoin price is cheap, you will be a little less satisfied. hehe

Of note, the price moves suddenly after you get the salary. Because the company will pay you with the price rate when they make transactions. Thank you

If I convert from Bitcoin to Fiat, there will be deductions and before it reaches my wallet its already shaved with a few $$ now hows that for accepting Bitcoin as a salary.

Please keep in mind that even we received our salary in bitcoin and use that bitcoin in some of the merchants that accepting bitcoin, the price is just the same with the fiat price of it.

Merchants will put some additional price in bitcoin in every product to cover the risk of price fluctuations. That's why you will noticed that there are added prices in some of the products with these merchants accepting bitcoin when you converted it to fiat.

I prefer to have 20% of my salary being paid in terms of bitcoin, because every month specific amount is being spend upon buying some bitcoin as a investment for future.

Yes I think the way it was good (for us) but what about for the company, because the two types of payments made to us by fiat bitcoin and I think it will make the company's operating costs will swell, and of course they will reject it. hehe

Funny...  Cheesy Are you really thinking that you could just keep your salary after receiving it? or it's just fine for you that the value of money keeps on changing when you convert it to fiat... It will be convenient to accept bitcoin if you could use it as it is regularly...

Double benefit - it's a salary and a lottery - maybe once I get my btc price will suddenly rise?  Grin

Yeah company will not prefer to pay in multiple ways, either they will pay you full salary in fiat or else in bitcoin only if they have implemented bitcoin in their company.

I would not compare Bitcoin to a lottery, it's a risky investment, but you would never be losing everything.
Getting paid in Bitcoin is also pretty easy thanks to Bitwage, but I'm sure that has been mentioned already, but I'll post the link anyway.

the harder part would be to convince your employer to pay you in bitcoin.

If employer would be aware of advantages attaches with bitcoins then he will surely agree to pay in bitcoins but still there is risk in accepting it in bitcoins as price is too volatile.

For a company that always dealing with bitcoin that should be no problem but for a company who dealt with fiat most, that is a big concern as company dealing with fiat products are not meant to hold coins since business as usual is always on the table.

Yes surely i will accept bitcoin as salary and right now i am working on that as my daily life work payment is very low so i am using bitcoin signature campaign as my alternative second work as salary. This way i am managing my family expanses. If their is no signature campaign then i think i have to work double shift to meet my family expenses. Thanks to this forum as they are giving so many opportunity to earn free bitcoin online.

Earnings from signature campaign is limited and you cannot consider it as an salary and only those earnings will not take care of your living, but if you are a full time trader then scenario would be different.

I think salary should be given in FIAT as most people will believe it is a hassle to convert the coins back to normal currency and then spend because most of the local shops do not accept bitcoin these days.

there will be no company that provides such a choice, I mean all had an agreement from the beginning if you accept bitcoin as a form of salary you certainly do not care about the price rise or fall you will continue to receive a salary in the form of bitcoin which has been adapted to your payment in the form of fiat.

You think that but there are places who give out discounts to bitcoin purchases , I mean you can even get the price lower if you use bitcoin in some places , so I think you are right for some places but you are wrong in some places .

I think there should be AT LEAST a choice. I hate banks and in my country you get your salary into your bank account , I do not want that, I want FREEDOM of choice bitcoin, bank account , cash anything I want , as long as it doesn’t hurt the company I work for.

you are right that local shops does not accept bitcoin because people convert bitcoin in Fiat for direct shopping and i hope that local shops will be accept bitcoin in near future then maximum people will be like to bitcoin as salary .
