I don't think the price increase is related to this trust. All altcoins have been pumped. This will increase ETC as they haven't started buying yet. ETC has a better future than ETH anyways so hold tight.

So everything I have read via these boards Twitter ETC. ETC. so to speak  says the Grayscale Ethereum (ETC) Investment Trust was going to launch the end of the month (March) or the first of April so... will we see this today?

Im really interested in ETC and i hope it will grow to be succesful.
But lets say for example im a dapp developer. Why would i use etc and not eth? Without using the argument "because we are original chain" ?
What value can you give me as a dev? Thanx

As a possible "end user" of a future dapp.

If it is something important, I will trust that a dapp on ETC will be what it is, without concern that something may be retroactively altered.
It will feel like the truth, something that is...therefore much more solid and dependable.

The whole immutability thing, reputation of trust.

Everyone kept saying that since last months but I don't see it flying. ETH had been soaring above looking down on ETC for quite awhile already. If this should sky rocket, what possibly is the reason? I don't see anything that's coming from the dev.
