It has come to our attention that there was a scam/imposter "Etherwall" that has now been disabled by github. Whether there are other similar Etherwall scams on github is an unknown.

from what i heard the date is middle of january
to delay the diff bomb for a year to give it time to decide on what direction it goes.

Is the ETH and ETC chart similiar to each other? What is your thoughts? Can ETC see 0.0063 and break a new ATH again?

I have around $X.XXX to invest again, in ETC. Should I do it now, or wait till price drops below 0.00185..or what? will ETC also do another fork? What would you do?

hi goodsun first i would not ask what i shall do in a forum . but its smart to get opinions .
i hold. and invest left over money in altcoins. do i give eth and etc a chance ? yes sure i do . out of ideology i invest more in etc. me personaly didnt like what eth did.
etc has done the first steps and is still standing thats a very good sign. a strong comunity is forming . most of it is in slack channel. information is posted weekly on reddit

I understand there is a Parity backend for ETC.  I saw EtherNinja was running it for his pool on the Slack. You might jump in the mining area on the Slack and ask there.  I think there are a few of the pool operators that were talking about using parity.

I hate being the one to state the obvious, but if you look you will also see most of the alts are trending down pretty hard also.  That included ETH.  At the moment there isn't a safe place to hide in alts.  BTC has some wind behind her sails so the BTC value of alts is getting kicked around pretty bad across the board.  So it is pretty short sighted to focus on ETC and say it is crashing...  It looks pretty rough across the board at the moment.  Unless of course your holding BTC.

I agree with this... It shows that only the coins being pumped are high rest are all low as normal when btc rises alot..

Before this I found etc prices pretty stable between .0019-.00195.

Hopefully we hear some good news on some dapps that are gonna be etc or maybe etc will go pos soon

The ETC network appears to be facing memory usage attacks. The issue is likely related to the latest attacks on the ETH network.
•Both parity and geth nodes are affected by the attack.
•For miners, it is recommended to use nodes with 16GB and above, and increase swap size to 64GB.
