I've tested the v9.1 but I prefer the v9.0 version. With v9.1 I lose around 12 15 sol per card.

the spike power still there, claymore didnt know to fix that, we need to buy new psu Good, this time get good one, if you know wich one is good. Or back to ETH to decrease difficulty here No problem with r9 390/390x even at non-gold PSU's.

Hmm, I'm building some new rigs using some low-end W10 desktops and I'm running into something I can't explain. Zecminer64.exe runs fine initially but the next time I start it up I get a Windows dialog "zecminer64 has stopped working". I do a complete W10 reset and then same thing: runs once or twice then never again. I have tried disabling all AV programs, checked Firewall settings, network settings, tried running in compatibility mode, numerous reboots, resets and restore points and then best I can do is get it to run fine once then never again. It's as if something deep in the system is flagging it somehow to prevent it from running even with no AVs running and no detections, etc. The only clue I have is that it always quits right after it prints "Total cards: x" and before is starts to connect with the pool.
I'm out of ideas, anyone else seen anything like this and found a solution? My best guess at this point is that these motherboards have some sort of low level protection against power draw or something even though I'm testing only 1 RX 480 at a time with waay more than enough external power.

For me v8 worked fine on 6 RX 470 8gb . On 9 I could not make it work. It crashed after a few minutes or max an hour. (tried what was suggested around here and it crashed ) (have a 1200w PSU) After a few tests on v 9 and then Claymore for ETH I found that a GPU just made the system crash each time .... even tho everything worked fine on v 8. After removing all cards except the one that made the system crash..I then changed the cables...riser and mined only with it on v8 v9 and ETH - on ETH and v9 it crashed each time so now I'm 100% sure that GPU was at fault . No idea why..but I'll prob return that GPU. All cards were stock (new) and no changes in Trixx. Anybody had something like this happen ? On 5 cards and v9 the system looks stable and I'm getting same performance like with 6 on v8 Also...I see drivers 15.12 suggested . Can't find a valid download link for Win 10 x64. A valid link to download ?

Not sure if this is related to the ethman monitor but every few days all my rigs 20 or so of them go down and I lose local network connection randomly and eventuall all the rigs lose network connectivity usually it starts with Ethman going haywire with rigs dropping in and out.
Only way to fix is it to turn off all 20 rigs and then bring them back online one by one than the network is back to normal.
Sometimes turning off the main switch and the hub in my rig area works but mostly i have to shut all boxes down. Ive tried different switches and hubs with collision detection i was thinking it was that but usually it starts with Ethman going crazy not sure its related but its driving me nuts happes every week or so.
Anyone seen anything else like this with claymore ? This never happend when i used to solo mine eth.

I've been playing with these drivers all week. I was able to find an old link to a 15.12 download, but when I run it, it only lists the audio driver as an install option. I've seen other commenters with a similar result so my conclusion is this version is just no longer provided by AMD and no longer allowed to be installed by the install manager. I've tried all the later ones which are readily available on AMD's site and have not seen any appreciable performance difference so for now I'm just running the latest one 16.11.5 dated 11-25.

v9.1
ZecMiner64.exe -mport 0 -zpool ssl://asia1-zcash.flypool.org:3443 -zwal t1xxxx.worker -zpsw x -i 8 -dbg -1
ZEC: Stratum - connecting to 'asia1-zcash.flypool.org' <209.58.164.95> port 3443 (SSL/TLS) Cannot establish SSL/TLS connection ZEC: Stratum - Cannot connect to asia1-zcash.flypool.org:3443 ZEC: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec... GPU0 t=30C fan=0%, GPU1 t=29C fan=0%, GPU2 t=22C fan=64%
Am I doing something wrong?
STILL CANT CONNECT SSL. 9.1 can't connect using SSL to flypool servers (tried all servers), so I have to use non-encrypted connection. BUT, DevFee defaults to SSL, and when DevFee can't connect, my rig stops mining in the middle of the night!! Can someone please help? @ocminer, can't connect to suprnova with SSL. Any help? I just tried your config.. Works fine!? ZEC: Stratum - connecting to 'asia1-zcash.flypool.org' <209.58.164.95> port 3443 (SSL/TLS) SSL/TLS encryption is enabled ZEC: Stratum - Connected (asia1-zcash.flypool.org:3443) (SSL/TLS) ZEC: Authorized Pool sets new share target: 0x0020c49b (diff: 2000H) ZEC: 12/10/16-00:19:11 - SHARE FOUND - (GPU 1) ZEC: Share accepted (219 ms)! ZEC: 12/10/16-00:19:12 - SHARE FOUND - (GPU 3) ZEC: Share accepted (219 ms)! Still no luck. I'm forced to use -r 20 to make sure the miner restarts and continues mining. I prefer the short interruptions to having the DevFee cause the miner to stop entirely because it can't connect on SSL. I'm out of ideas on how to troubleshoot why I can't connect using SSL...

MSI Z97A Gaming 6 Intel Z97 Socket 1150 ATX Desktop Motherboard Will this work the same as Z97 Gaming 5, MSI Z97 Intel LGA 1150 DDR3 USB 3.0 ATX Gaming Motherboard? Anybody using this mobo yet?
FWIW, I have an older MSI Z97 Gaming 7 and I've gotten 6 GPUs to work with it.

For the one I'm testing now, yes that's when it first crashed but I think it might just be a coincidence. It still crashes the exact same way after reverting back to just the original card in the original PCIe slot.
