We had a short glitch on equihash stratum servers around 07:00 UTC. Was fixed at around 07:30 UTC. Please let us know if you still have any issues. Thanks!

Please idle GPUs when there isn't any work being done poolside. This is a silly waste of power and most basic miners have this functionality.

This isn't the first time this has happened. If you look at the hashrate for algos on Nicehash you can see breaks where the stratum goes down and the pool stops working... Your miners still sitting there toiling away though.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

They should compensate due to the fact they consumed energy during that time.
It's the fair thing to fill that gap with the est. earning of your hasing.

I get bether results poolside when running 2 instances of the miner.  Perhaps add a -g option just like in Sgminer for the next release?

10-20% faster with -g 2 on the highend cards. But more power and gpu usage up from 9x% to 100 %

When code run faster with 2 threads it normally meens that the code is subptimal and optimalizations is possible.

I agree with this. Someone mentioned this earlier and I didn't take time to look into it. It adds about 8%. Still plenty of overhead available for the GPU to do something else.

Yes, unfortunately we had an unexpected issue on USA stratums. Sorry for that and we're also already working on implementing auto-failover option for EQM miner.

BTW: Please follow us on Twitter @NiceHashMining - we're posting regular notices about any maintenance.

Curiously, why can't you redirect connections to working stratums on your end? If the service goes down on your end you should have a backup proxy that shoots them to EU or US until maintenance is done.

The European also was down.. looking into my connections and the graph of this morning shows a gap of 30min again.
Looks like you don't have the servers under control maybe u need better administration and failover policy and implementation.

Thought you are a professional service but it looks like this is not the case at all.

With a closed source miner, we don't really know what's going on behind the scenes.
All of my gpu's where hashing but without any accepted shares. Where did my hash go? And who got the profit?

which is ridiculous low, only $0.12 on $6 profit, but you have more hash and overall better profit, and the same consumption of nicehash
