TMSC produces and supplies Bitmains chip. Samsungs foundry is making it for a customer, not entering directly: "TechCrunch: “Samsung’s foundry business is currently engaged in the manufacturing of cryptocurrency mining chips. However we are unable to disclose further details regarding our customers.”
Yeah, I was thinking about this the other night. If Jihan has used his war chest to lock down another foundry humanity is fucked. If the client is Jihan, it's only SHA256 that is fucked.

How do you reckon we start some proper drama ? WWTD ?
Things are awfully quiet right now. We're going to need some real spicy headlines like: Mark Karpeles to reopen MtGox; initial balances set by lotteryBitcoin Core devs call for reducing the max block size to 100kB. "Fees are too damn low!"Tether announces that USDT is now paying 7% weekly interestAwesome! You should come visit us more often. By the way, as things are getting quiet why don't you speed up the new forum release? New forum = new ATH. Trust me. Back to business.

While on the topic of Masterluc, there are two more pearls of wisdom from him: (today at 8:53 am) Bitcoin is not alone. The same orgy (uncontrollable growth) is going on for almost all major stocks. Only bitcoin is called a bubble for some reason. But soon the time will come to collect the stones ....

Hey xhomerx10, where do you get masterluc's predictions from?
The master luck account has been compromised but he has a few aliases. This is him on ://www.traditradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/3RjQGYZp-No-resistance-till-15000-when-3500-will-break-up/ How do you know the masterluc account has been compromised? Actmyname left negative trust with a comment the account is compromised, but he hasn't posted a reference link that explains the negative. Masterluc wrote so himself on VKontakte https://vk.com/wall-130254204_7571Thanks for the link, actmyname should add it to his neg unless theymos quickly returns the account to masterluc's control.

$10,000 is a pretty entertaining psychological barrier.
There are the stubborn buyers who refuse to buy 5 digit Bitcorn, but snatch it up the moment it drops a mere 0.1% into "paltry" $9k territory.
And then there the stubborn sellers who refuse to part with 4 digit Bitcorn, quickly selling it the moment it rises a mere 0.1% into "lofty" $10k territory.
Up and down we go, like a see-saw.
Or like a fisherman at the $10k waters edge, trying to reel in $9k fish. While the fish are leaping out of the water determined to catch juicy $10k bugs.
The indecision in today's market is boringly maddening. Looks like we'll close on a doji.

No shill quotes please.. Its CEO is Roger Ver. Ver gained control of bitcoin.com domain in April of 2014. It was previously operated by Blockchain.info. In May 2015 OKCoin has announced that the company will no longer be managing the domain bitcoin.com, due to a dispute with the domain owner, Roger Ver. And even if you were not quoting that sociopath's rag..so what? How is this good news? Some local court ruling that bitcoin has value. Surprise..

I wonder what great significance this piece of news might have. Is there any need for a Korean court to rule bitcoin has economic value and can be confiscated, so the proceeds go to finance state budget? The Feds confiscated and sold Ulbricht's Silk Road coin and happily auctioned them without all that fuss.

Because a court somewhere rules what is already apparent from free market prices everywhere? But I have seen more stupid human reasoning so you could be right

Feds confiscated and sold Ulbricht's Silk Road coin... becouse cia/fbi/deep state want monopoly on drugs trade in usa. there is TONS of evidence on wikileaks about it.. why ulbricht get life-jail time?! alarm for others who want to hurt the monopoly of usa state on trading drugs.. its under CIA from 50-60 s they use diplomatic fly s to move drugs to us state.. same like they use bulgarian diplomatic flys to get old weapons from europe to isis.. there is also article about ukrainian old chemical deposits was used to fake attack on Asad and russia.. also ukrainian multimilionar from bitcoin... becouse he know , bitcoin will pupmed to 10-50k .. from canadians But this time are gone.. once again - crypto is tool to damage others.. like chinese/russians/germans and other usa enemy s ) if this "tool" will stop work against.. they will demonised and try ban.. LIKE NOW! yes there is mainstream people who still pump bitcoin.. or they pump gpu/cpu based cryptos .. they dont know true .. how lucky for us

Even the bot doesnt know what to do..crazy. I didnt give much weight to the CME and futures but the price has been right there and if you look forward a couple months...well..this might be how Spring turns out. My suspicious side wonders if all those posts from a few weeks back about "what would you do if the price stayed ____?" were a focus group for tptb... /tinfoil hat off

...And there are people like me who never sell anything if its not an ATH. Seriously... haven't we all learned our lesson now? I mean forget about 4 digits-5digits thing. Why sell anything while we are 50% below from ATH? :/ It is already too low to sell. Sell on ATH or gtfo. You guys already missed your chance to sell on top, don't get slaughtered. Just hodl.
