Another picture showing the trend lines in the current bull run. For now, my hope is set on the current trend line providing enough support for a bounce and resumption of the bull wave. If not held, another trend line may offer support @$7,500.

A spread was opening up where CBOE price was shorting/selling heading down below cash price on Stamp. But CBOE couldn't sustain the fall and is now following cash price to see what it should do.

Blacklist & Destroy
The following is for Tether tokens on the Ethereum blockchain only.
The Omni/Bitcoin blockchain Tether tokens function differently, though similarly as well as they can freeze addresses.
Looking through their smart contract source on lines 264 through 299 are the blacklist and destroy functions.
I have excerpted these lines in this pastebin.

Summary
Tether is able to unilaterally blacklist any Ethereum address.
Doing so labels the user as evilUser and all their Tether tokens are designated as dirtyFunds.
Once a user is blacklisted the destroyBlackFunds function can be used on their Tether token balances.
This sets their Tether token balances to 0 and decreases the total supply for the affected Tether tokens.

I have been monitoring the action on the Tether Rich List and there
have been some big movements of USDT in the last days.

Tether Rich List as of now:

Notable changes:

-1FoWyxwPXuj4C6abqwhjDWdz6D4PZgYRjA (Binance) had outflows of more than 92M USDT
-1Po1oWkD2LmodfkBYiAktwh76vkF93LKnh (the smaller address of Poloniex) had outflows of nearly
50M USDT and contains less than 2M USDT now

No known Tether address of an exchange has received inflows of similar amounts of USDT, which
makes it likely that they are going back to Tether or Bitfinex.

Maybe this is not even related to the recent Tether news/FUD, but due to an
outflow of money from altcoins. Could this be the beginning of the end of the altcoin bubble?
I´d argue that many people finally realize that investing in Ripple, Stellar or similar shitcoins
won´t double their money in a week.

Another possibility is that these are funds that were raised by ICOs that use USDT
to launder their money or as a way to exchange their proceeds to BTC. After all
Bitfinex is one of the exchanges were you could arguably easier get rid of ICO proceeds
compared to more legit exchanges like Gemini.

Whats the problem?
Tether is not a real crypto currency, its centralized and it is required that the owners are fully trusted.
If they add blacklisting and fund destruction, you shouldnt be scared, because you already fully trust them.
If a currency is backed by something, you need to trust the people who are holding the backing.
If you don't trust Tether then don't use them.
