I’m useless at TA but if you look at the chart it suggests that we have to wait longer after each halvening to reach the top of the cycle as time goes on. If you factor that in & each high will be less as a % of the last high what do we think?

Maybe $150,000 per BTC but not until late 2021?

We are at about 6 months before May 2020 #bitcoin halving.

In 2012 btc jumped from $5 to $12 (2.3x) in those 6 months before the halving. In 2016 btc jumped from $350 to $650 (1.7x).

the things is that given the fact that PlanB published his work, a lot more people is looking at halvening.
Lot of more professional investors are now in the arena, compared to 4 years ago.
So I would expect more people actually buying before the halvening, hence the post halvening bull run should be front run with a pre halvening bull run.
So, next months are critical!

Very well said, don’t be bothered with the BTC-roadmap to much, if you do it right and buy what you can place well and under most healthy circumstances..... then just kee doing that, keep buying on the manner you do, keep HODLing.... but do appreciate life and treasure every moment!

It's daytraders looking for a cheap entry and a few long term investors who are still on the sideline. I personally will go all-in the moment we might drop to 7300$. My current Bitcoin allocation of 90% is not satisfying enough.

Positive way of thinking: halving is not priced in yet: you can bargain BTC now!
Negative way of thinking: halving is priced in and there won’t be any rally for four years. Model has failed.

@fillippone - People suggested the halving was priced in before the last one (and I presume the first one but I wasn’t around then).

I guess nothing continues the same way forever but we’ll definitely have a post halving BOOM again imo.
