I trust these guys to know what they are talking about, but I don't trust anything they say. I'm not worried for financial reasons (btc feels ok and already reduced my exposure to stock markets) only about health, especially for the age brackets above me.

Maybe news traveling fast over the internet is a blessing in this case, if people take this a bit more serious than whatever there government is telling them. Even people normally putting 100% thrust in there government and not beveling anything on the internet, get a lot more careful when there own health is involved.

IMHO, it is 'vaccination' it may come to a point where we are 'vaccinated' for both each year....so I approach looking at this coronavirus as being the flu on steroids with no vaccine yet

so a bit concerned myself. See link below on flu WITH vaccinees that do currently exist and double such results of both these outbreaks, maybe each year from now on.

Doing squats does. Not Viagra. Viagra is fake powa. Fine if you are old but don't do it if you are young. Don't make excuses even if you don't go to gym just use your own body weight and do your squats. Every day.

MOST IMPORTANT when doing squats: The knee caps must not stick out in front over your (vertical) toe level. So it's more like sitting down on a looow bench or the ground (deep squats). Doing squats with the kneecaps going out too far forward (butt above heel) is going to damage your knees over time. You gotta get that ass behind the heels as far as possible. Beginners and elderly can hold on to something in front of them with both hands (straight arms).

It is because coronavirus is much harder to stop. Because of so long incubation phase in which it is able to spread. I even heard 27 days.  Of course getting a coronavirus is not the end of the world and you have if healthy now a tiny chance to die. But no government will intentionally and open risk any live. They will quarantine and close borders, transit and all economy that is needed.  This is the reason why is so much talk about it. Here and everywhere.
