Vaccine Lawsuit Victory: HHS Forced to Admit It Never Submitted Required Vaccine Safety Reports over past 32 Years

Film producer Del Bigtree’s organization, the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. sued the United States government as they suspected that Health and Human Services (HHS) was not fulfilling its critical vaccine safety obligations as required by Congress under the The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.  Congress charged the Secretary of HHS with the responsibility to assure vaccine safety and to submit reports to them every two years.  Because the law essentially gave blanket economic immunity from liability claims to vaccine manufacturers, it removed the incentive to take responsibility for vaccine safety.  ICAN and Kennedy brought a lawsuit against HHS to provide copies of these reports to Congress, and HHS was forced to admit it has filed zero reports to Congress about vaccine safety over the past 32 years!  This outrageous dereliction of duty shows that HHS has kept Congress, and the public, in the dark over the dangers of vaccines, and information about the masses of vaccine-injured children.  HHS recommends babies receive 39 vaccine doses, including in-utero, by age one, but have failed to report on the danger, which is beyond shameful!

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has admitted that, in direct violation of Federal law, it failed to provide a single vaccine safety report to Congress for thirty years, according to Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN).

Now, to back up the lawsuit listed above, there are tests being done that are proving that aluminum from vaccines is turning kids autistic:

Here I am printing the abstract of a new study: “Aluminium in brain tissue in autism.” The publication is Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology.

The authors of the study are associated with The Birchall Centre, Lennard-Jones Laboratories, Keele University, Staffordshire, UK; Life Sciences, Keele University; and the Department of Clinical Neuropathology, Kings College Hospital, London, UK.

The findings? Shockingly high levels of aluminum were found in these brain samples. It’s widely acknowledged that aluminum can enter the brain and disrupt its functions.

Of course, aluminum is present in many vaccines.

Here is the abstract of the study. I’ve put several statements in caps for emphasis:

“Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder of unknown aetiology. It is suggested to involve both genetic susceptibility and environmental factors including in the latter environmental toxins. Human exposure to the environmental toxin aluminium has been linked, if tentatively, to autism spectrum disorder. Herein we have used transversely heated graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to measure, for the first time, the aluminium content of brain tissue from donors with a diagnosis of autism. Aluminium-selective fluorescence microscopy was used to identify aluminium in brain tissue in 10 donors [10 donors or 5, as mentioned above?]. While aluminium was imaged associated with neurones it appeared to be present intracellularly in microglia-like cells and other inflammatory non-neuronal cells in the meninges, vasculature, grey and white matter. The pre-eminence of intracellular aluminium associated with non-neuronal cells was a standout observation in autism brain tissue and may offer clues as to both the origin of the brain aluminium as well as a putative role in autism spectrum disorder.”

The point is, even if vaccines were well made, without any mercury or aluminum or mice-brain diseases, they might be worth it. But since they are causing all kinds of autoimmune diseases, it's not worth the precautions. Vaccinated are sicker by far, even though the sickness isn't always easy to find, and even though it appears many years later, and often in offspring.

Everyone likes to be 'smart' so this was a remarkably successful bit of marketing propaganda.  Now we have 'smart phones', 'smart homes', 'smart meters', and I think they are toying with the idea of making the new so-called 'vaccines' be called 'smart vaccines' as well.  Of course there is a 'risk' that the genetic material injected into the victim could integrate itself with the victim's own DNA and be passed on to 'future generations'.  Could be a bug or a feature depending on who's perspective the 'risk' is viewed from.  When it happens we can be sure it is 'smart'...cuz it's a 'smart vaccine' after all.
