Anyone received their D3 yet?
I placed 3 orders for September Batch with different amounts. On September 6th I reveived UPS tracking numbers (in my UPS account) generated by Bitmain matching the amount of my first D3 order. Since that day the status did not change, seems like Bitmain did not hand them over to UPS.
I just (while writing these lines) got my order delivered which I placed last. My 2nd order is on the way with UPS (handed over, estimated delivery in 2 days). I always thought Bitmain would ship in order of payment...but my first order is still not in sight Sad

A UPS employee stole 2 packages of mine, a DR3 and the PSU. They kept giving me different stories blaming customs but tracking said the package was at the local warehouse. They've refused to own up to it, I don't use them anymore, they just lost 2 large ATM machines shipped internationally and all other future shipments. It will cost them tens of thousands at least.
In my case the tracking shows clearly that UPS did not even receive the packages. Bitmain only created the labels, but did not hand them over :-(
It's so hard to  tell if there is some diabolical, evil genius plan that Bitmain is working on, or they are just incredibly inept.

Hi guys,
does Bitmain have a service center also in Europe or do you all ship faulty parts back to China?

Ups charging me 177 USD for 2 machines duty tax doesn't that seem a bit high wth...

Bitmain must have tripled the item value or UPS is price gouging.

This may be why...checked invoice they listed 2 rigs value at 523,000 USD damn Bitmain that was quite the oversite.

can anyone do the unit count trick and see how many d3s are available?

the d3 has been available going on for 4 straight days now, so have they set the supply to infinite?

It might be connected to cancelation of bitcoin exchanges in China. Nobody knows how many customers of Bitmain were from China.

If this is true, it's actually good news for the rest of us.

There is no service location in Europe.
If you are in Europe like me, you must send faulty miner/faulty part to Bitmain's Hong Kong location.

I have waited few weeks for my one L3+ hash board to come back fixed. The biggest issue is not Bitmain repair speed, it has been ok for me at least. The biggest issue is long shipping time, even via EMS post or carrier like UPS, Fedex...

I really don't see them making a 17Ghs unit as a D3+.

It's probably the same unit factory overclocked.

I was charged $79 by UPS for 2 machines.  I wonder where they get their numbers from.

DO NOT USE UPS for shipping. I repeat DO NOT USE UPS!!!

These fuckers charged me 163 USD for 2 machines just like you, and held it hostage until I paid them back. I will never ever use them again, ever! I advice people to choose other shippers other than UPS. They're not idiots, I bet they know what's in them, and they want to take advantage of it, as much as possible.

That's $27.00 a day better profit vs 15k and 1260 watts. Today's numbers of course.
