So I've been in the ICO since pretty much day 1-2... You devs fucked up big time, letting the blockchain go live while your actual investors don't get smack and now the miners sold their coins at 15-25 cents a pop? Not mine, but I saw this in some telegram channel:
- A day before blockchain launch the devs discovered 100s of ICO accounts were hacked. Only a email and password combination were required until recently, so hackers with stolen email/password combinations accessed ICO accounts and reset passwords/created pin numbers.
- ETN decided to go live anyways without letting any ICO investors obtain their tokens or wallets.
- ETNs "simulated" mobile mining app, mining pools set up by the developers, and regular node mining were set to launch. But the mobile mining app failed and it sounds like most pools failed.
- So professional miners gobbled up all early blocks and then sold on cryptopia before any of the ICO investors were able to access wallets.
- Apparently some ICO investors are now able to access their coins (when the website is up), BUT no official word because all the telegram admins have stopped responding to questions on the 25,000 member telegram channel. Instead they've pinned a message to the top of one of their channels promoting their next ICO!3

Could you possibly thinks of a reason why some of us are having trouble with cli wallet not receiving funds ? Address double checked, blockchain fully synced, payout transactions from yesterday from 2 different pools (uspool and easyhash) with hundreds of confirmations... I mined close to a 1000 ETN and really would not like to see it disappear.

Pasting the (cli wallet) address into the block explorer yields not results, is this related to 'stealth addresses' used for payouts by the pool or is there simply nothing in my wallet ?

I understand things are hectic right now, but I am not the only one experiencing problems with this...

I have also invested in the ICO, and may want to send my coins when release to the cli wallet, but am not sure if this would be wise...

Have there been any long term tests that mobile mining does work, also long term for the devices? It may be that the power consumption is that high or that the usage of the CPU and GPU and whatever of the devices cannot really be used over a longer term and crashes your device early, so the costs for a new one are much higher than the revenue of the mining?

There were around 20k miners, I myself managed 20k coins in less than a day before the difficulty ramped up. This is the most intense coin launch I have ever seen. The interest in trading is insane. It is only on Cryptopia with relatively low volume and it is coming on for 400 BTC volume lol. This project has huge future potential, it could be many times more valuable a few years from now. Big exchanges coming and we will have access to our wallets soon.

You can expect teething problems on a launch of this scale. They have been communicating, on facebook, here and via email etc. I am avoiding this thread because of the stupid comments and FUD, winds me right up. The price will likely crash when wallet funds are available but it is a new born project! It is long term. With this much early interest it has a bright future ahead, hopefully.

There was around 4,500 miners just on the European pool I was using.  I doubt many of them made 0.5 BTC.  I'm sure that a lot of the miners also bought some coins in the ICO, like I did.
