Well, for your information, stake is not the only casino that does not necessarily ask users for kyc verification before the user is allowed to deposit and play, majorly every online casino on this forum only ask kyc from user when the user is withdrawing an amount of money that is over the limit to an amount they accept for non kyced users.

I think you have not heard the update, afaik KYC is now mandatory for new accounts. They started to implement it since last year if I remember it correctly. I've heard this information from new players especially new players who are from the same country as me. For old users, it is still not mandatory as old users are  offered to do KYC for extra bonuses. For now, whenever there is a question related to KYC then we have 2 different answers. 1st is that it is not mandatory for old players and 2nd is that it is mandatory for new players. However, it is correct that casino reserve the right to ask KYC especially if it is clearly mentioned in their ToS.

Even for the old players the terms and conditions were updated. In that it is clearly mentioned Stake have got all rights to request KYC when required. So, even for the old players there'll be KYC check when something found wrong with their activities. While getting into Stake, even the old players get to see the terms and conditions which needs to be agreed to enter the platform.

He will not see your point.... he saw a loophole to possibly gain his losses back and he is going for it. Stake will fight this with all the money they have, because a successful outcome will mean that everyone that played without KYC, will have to be refunded. 

I hope Stake recorded all Eddie's streaming sessions, where he specifically said that Australians are not allowed to play at Stake. He also said that VPNs are not allowed and that people doing it, will have to account for their own actions, if they are caught.

On the Saturday's stream stake Eddie said absolutely nothing in the TOS has changed.
They just wanted players to be aware of them and accept them again.

Based on my experience.

You are gonna run out of luck, I more believe from zero to 100,000$ in one or few section. Grinding or building from scratch and with such support/resistance amount we win to make our deposit, withdraw & play with more often.

I completely agree with your mate, it's rather unfortunate though, that most gamblers when they encounter an issue with any casino, the first thing they do is to rush down to the forum or report the issue, sometime without even any concrete evidence to back their claim up.

I personally believe that, the only time when posting on about an issue on a casino is imminent is when after contacting the customer service and you receive no response even after waiting for a day or two, or even three, then depending on how serious the issue is, one can either create a scam accusation against the casino and provide all necessary evidence, or post the issue on the thread to try to seek help from other users of that casino, most especially when the issue does not involved the loss of money or something similar.

I asked Eddie on stream on Saturday, if Stake are being taken to court over VPN use and people from Australia playing on the site and he said .."NO" ..there are no court cases against Stake. 

I think OP, must come back with proof of this case being lodged against Eddie (Stake) and then we can discuss this further. I see no need for everyone to get fired up, if there are nothing.

Hey,

I'm seething with anger and need to vent about my recent encounter with Stake.com. They suspended my account without any valid reason, and their support team has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It's a maddening experience dealing with them.

Their customer support is a complete joke. They take ages to respond and provide generic, unhelpful answers that don't address the issues at hand. It's like talking to a robotic wall.

To make matters worse, their document verification process is a nightmare. They claim to accept certain documents on their site, but when I submitted them, they rejected them for absurd reasons. It feels like they're deliberately making it difficult and frustrating.

And let's not forget the agonizing wait for them to review documents. It takes hours only to receive a rejection based on bogus reasons. They show no intention of resolving the issue fairly or efficiently.

Stake.com needs to realize that customers are the backbone of their business. Their slow support and unfair treatment are driving loyal users away. Consider other platforms that value transparency and treat customers with respect.

Stay away from Stake.com unless you enjoy frustration and disrespect.
