I would like to wish everybody here already a happy new year. I am pretty sure it will become a big year for the crypto coins in general, but i am also sure it will be a big year for Haasonline Software. As you all have seen the 20th of January 2014 i will introduce 2 new products. First a highly improved simple trade bot, with a new concept behind it, a new interface, a improved trading engine and of course new features and thing you can do. Secondly it will become the year of the Advanced Bot. This bot will bring unlimited capabilities an much more settings.

At the current moment the development is going great. We (the team behind it) are already at Alpha stages and i am very excited about the things you can do with the new products. It is already the 3th generation and this is something you will see back in the software. There are features coming which does are not offered by competitors and i am sure you will like it.

This is how some team members responded the first time they saw the coming products:
- "This is not a evolution of the software, but a revolution!"
- "Why did nobody came up with this yet? I have not seen it anywhere while its so logical to make it this way!"
- "WTF? This will be the update?"
- "This will be a boom for sure"

Remember, i have never told a lie. These are all responces from which i did not changed a character. I am fully fair here.

I have send a mail to all the registered users about this coming update and i got some responces back. It seems i was i little unclear about the offer. Let me first ensure you there is nothing to worry about, i will not ask you to buy the software again. From the beginning i promissed everybody will get updates and they are free of charge. This stays the same, its my power and i will stick behind it. However i was only talking about an offer in ways of a symbolic payment. So this is in the ranges of 1 euro or 1 dollar. The only reason why i must ask this is because of registration, no more no less. Its a side effect from my part of going legal with this software*. There is no doubt in my mind there will be anybody who will not like the offer i will send. For example; the mail with the offer i will send will also contain an offer to update to the advanced bot for a very low price.

BTW If there are any big websites wanted to join in with the release and post a review at the 20th please send me a PM and we talk things over. Some big websites are already joining in, and there is a very good reason to do so. Believe me!

Again, happy new year everybody and thanks for the help and support the past months! Lets make some more coins with the 3th generation of trade-bots in 2014!

Usually I trade with the "All-in (95%)" checked, but I wanted to use only about a half of a bitcoin so I had it unchecked.

The trade amount that I was using was 0.60000000 Btc.

I manually went to BTC-e and sold the bitcoin.  There was only 0.5988000 Btc available (I assume that the 0.2% fee was taken out of the 0.60000000 Btc).

I've noticed this problem before, but didn't really worry about it, I just started using the 95% option.  Is there any way that you can fix this?  Query BTC before trying to Sell, etc....

The problems are confirmed, please download the latest version to solve this problem. I am sorry it happened.

Edit:
The cause of the problems is a security that will check if you version is still valid. This security has been implemented to make sure everybody stays updated and the quality stays ensured. In this case this system has failed, is has gone off to soon. Of course the update i made solve the issue, but still i am ashamed it happened.

The only good news i can report is that this problem can not happen with the new products on the 20th of January. Those products will update automatically.

Regarding to the other issues this bot has, i ran into 2 problems I have with my min. Currency drop and raise.

The first issue I found is a misplaced target buy price.
I don't know, if it is reproduceable for others , but with my Bot connected to BTC-E with ppc-btc I get following results :

Last sell price : 0,00903000
min. currency drop : 0,00003684
Target buy price : 0,00915

either its added, when it should be substracted or its a rounding mistake ?!

Last buy price : 0,00915
min. currency raise : 0,00003684
Target sell price : 0,00918692

 however I did not realise until the bot bought himself up to the high prices and selling then.


The next Problem is the allowance to buy or sell :

The Bot is set to BTC - USD
the target Buy Price is set to 777,-
The last sell Price was 778,-

The price to BTC  is 790,- and the Bot shows me with the green background that he is allowed to Buy ?!
Shouldn't the bot wait until it drops below 778,- minus the min currency drop ?

Same problem; the bot Buys-in higher than he sold...

Can anyone confirm this issue with 0.9.0.10 ?
for the case someone asks : No I did not change the advanced settings in any way.

Luckily, I caught it in time and was able to force the sell.  I had to drop the number of BTC down from 0.600  to 0.590 before it would accept the order.

since the last update i have a big problem with bitstamp. the bot buys the bitcoin like i have set it up and then he waits for the sell moment. then the bot sells the  bitcoin and switched into buyining mode. but when i check my wallet at the bitstamp website i can see that i have still the bitcoint amount the bot thinks he has sold.

very annoying.  i can´t use bitstamp at the moment. has anyone experienced similiar problems?

You might have to adjust your trade ammount to account for exchange costs.
That might be why you had to go from "0.600  to 0.590" in order for the bot to work.

I just stopped using bitstamp a long time ago. They often have issues with the api, I am not sure it is the bot.

Im getting a lot of open orders that are not filled at cryptsy,but I think that could just be cryptsy or there isnt enough volume.

I wanted to tell the last update 0.9.0.10 beta did NOT implemented any changes besides the "outdated" message. I have not implemented any changes to the API or the trade-engine.

The past days i have been receiving some complains about the Cryptsy API, but this problem is not related to the software itself. It seems the API of Cryptsy themselfs is giving some strange reading at this moment. I recommend to avoid using it for for a few days to avoid problems.

Because of the history of Cryptsy i am keeping a close i to this issue, if this problem will continue then my team will look for a different exchange. (i will start a poll at my website about this to find out what you want me to add)

BTW I have no problems reported about Bitstamp, besides 3 open comment which i am totally unable to solve. (this is less then 0,1% of the users, but still)

If you buy 0.6 BTC, BTC-e takes out the 0.2% fee, leaving 0.5988 BTC in the account.

When the bot goes to sell the BTC, It tries to sell 0.6 BTC when there is only 0.5988 BTC in the account.

The bot should either automatically drop the BTC by 0.2% when it sells or query BTC-e to find out how many BTC are in the account.

I am sorry but this is not the solution. When you correct the price from 0.6 BTC to 0.5988 BTC then you will be having the same problem next time all over again. Then you need to correct it again and again. It will only go down this way.

The best solution thus far is a little overhead (extra) on both sides of the wallet to compensate for the fee costs.
