I'm sorry to hear that such problem is happening to you. I would suggest that you try to wake up really early than your usual waking time and perform your daily tasks. Then do not take a nap unless if it is already the time that you would want to be your new sleeping time (like 9pm). If in any case you wake up early, try sleeping again and wake up only on the time that you want to be your new "morning". Hope this helps.

Cant sleep ? I make myself busy such as using my phone watching series or eating something makes me feel sleepy right after i ate. Another one is inhale exhale method where you inhale and exhale until you relaxed yourself.

Try meditating or taking melatonin
melatonin could help if it's not because of emotional or high stress or some kind of depression. You have to look at your health more carefully. If it because of big swings in cryptocurrencies then just try to NOT watch the charts few days. Just do your regular stuff. There are medical and non medical ways. Try to do nonmedical first even if its harder.

Get some exercise and wear yourself out.  If that doesn't work, a double shot of brandy should do it

I think ypu should change how you spend your day. Proper body and mind conditioning is essential to achieving a healthy sleep pattern. Here are my suggestions
1. Avoid caffeine intake mid day to night. Caffeine is a stimulant.
2. Avoid exercise 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Adrenaline is released during exercise.
3. Read a good book before going to sleep
4. Use bed only to sleep.
5. Dim of turn off the lights in your room.

6.  Do not eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep.  Eating raises your body temperature.   Your body wants to be cool when it sleeps.

You can try to exercise regularly. Jog in the evening before you eat dinner. It usually helps when you drink warm milk before you sleep and take a hot bath before you sleep. If you have speakers, you can search on youtube some relaxing jungle or ocean waves and then play it before you sleep. It keeps your mind from thinking.

Turn off the wifi and you'll be able to sleep early. Consult a doctor if you are still not able to sleep normally after quite some days.

Walk long enough to feel better before going to sleep. Don't think about anything while walking, just look at things around.
