Is quiet unfortunate you are experiencing this, My best advice is to seek for medical attention from experts. Properly, things might not seem right in the body system which is causing this. So they being experts will be able to help you out. Aside this take cool bath before you sleep, I think that could also help.

You have to make a conscious effort and decision that you really do want to go to bed at a decent time and then just do it! None of the other methods will work unless you make the choice.

Make your room cool, clean, and quiet.
Use muscle and mental relaxing exercises to prepare your brain for sleep.
Five minutes before bed, turn on light music or white noise.
Fifteen minutes before going to bed, stretch out gently.
An hour before going to bed, turn away from all electronic screens, media, and work.
Two hours before bed, dim the lights in your house.
In the afternoon, avoid drinking any caffeine or consuming a lot of alcohol.

hope it's useful for you, coz sleep at 4-5am is very harm for your health !!!

I hope some methods will help you to sleep well :

- Take a nice warm bath or shower in the evening.
- Sleep naked.
- Sleep in varying positions.
- Use a suitable pillow.
- Reduce your light exposure an hour or two before going to bed.
- Add gentle sounds.

i have some idea for you to sleep well :

Eat dinner at least three hours before bedtime.
Avoid going to bed on an empty stomach.
Avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evening.
Instead, drink a relaxing warm beverage.
Avoid drinking water or other fluids within one hour of your appointed bedtime.

I have the same problem as you. Just can't sleep for few months. This is annoying and I am complete without power next day. I have read comments to find something for me but unfortunately, nothing works.

I don't want to take pills because I am filling bad next day. I am reading lately a lot and sometimes a fell asleep but after a short time I woke up again.

I will keep monitoring this thread maybe somebody has a remedy for that.

Take a hot bath, shower or sauna before bed. When your body temperature is raised in the late evening, it will fall at bedtime, facilitating slumber. The temperature drop from getting out of the bath signals your body it's time for bed.
Sleep in complete darkness, or as close to it as possible.

Tip 1: Keep in sync with your body's natural sleep-wake cycle.
Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day.
Avoid sleeping in—even on weekends.
Be smart about napping.
Fight after-dinner drowsiness.

Tip 2: Control your exposure to light.
1. During the day:
Expose yourself to bright sunlight in the morning.
Spend more time outside during daylight.
Let as much natural light into your home or workspace as possible.
If necessary, use a light therapy box.
2. At night:
Avoid bright screens within 1-2 hours of your bedtime.
Say no to late-night television.
Don't read with backlit devices.
When it’s time to sleep, make sure the room is dark.
Keep the lights down if you get up during the night.

Tip 3: Exercise during the day.

Tip 4: Be smart about what you eat and drink.
Limit caffeine and nicotine.
Avoid big meals at night.
Avoid alcohol before bed.
Avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening.
Cut back on sugary foods and refined carbs.

Tip 5: Wind down and clear your head.
Deep breathing.
Progressive muscle relaxation.
Visualizing a peaceful, restful place.

Tip 6: Improve your sleep environment.
Keep your room dark, cool, and quiet:
Keep noise down.
Keep your room cool.
Make sure your bed is comfortable.
Reserve your bed for sleeping and sex.

Tip 7: Learn ways to get back to sleep.
Stay out of your head.
Make relaxation your goal, not sleep.
Do a quiet, non-stimulating activity.
Postpone worrying and brainstorming.
