If you can't sleep it means you just need to wait a little. I am always doing something when i can't sleep anyway you will fall at some point.

I remember when I still experience those. The best thing that makes me sleep at night is listening to podcasts from any shows or radio stations. You won't notice that you're already asleep if you do that every night.

Me too, sometimes I can't sleep either.  But perhaps you can try reading before going to bed to make you tired.

Try to drink some hot milk or having sex before sleeping, that will work.

Work as hard as you can then you will feel tired and you will be very easily to sleep. Remember don't use computer or smart phones before sleeping.

You should create the best sleep environment. To get the proper bedroom temperature, turn off the lights and electronics, do not close all the doors that make the bedroom stuffy, add a soft bed, Comfort will help you fall asleep easily.
Get yourself the most comfortable spirit before going to bed by gentle exercise for about 30 minutes, hot baths or a cup of herbal tea. You can also listen to a light music or read a book to help prepare for a good night's sleep.

Try to drink some hot milk or having sex before sleeping, that will work.
Having sex is a good move to get sleepy. It gets the body so warm and relaxed due to intensity of pleasure.

I don't know why i find it hard to sleep every night. Please help
I do not know if I can be of any help, because the physiological and psychological structures of each person are different. Basically, sleep means resting on the body, organs and the brain. If you have trouble sleeping, you can try to get more tired during the day, especially nights.

Maybe you can try to divert your attention to something that makes you busy before you sleep.
I think making yourself a bit busy and stress a bit can make you sleepy.
Or, better yet visit your doctor and seek his advice.

You can try these: Do a little exercise in the evening, drink a warm beverage and take a warm shower before going to bed.

You should practice your body sleeping early and not staying up late at night texting anyone or watching tv/movie on your cp. You can also take a bath so your body can relax and feel sleepy after.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad

I guess one thing is you might not have tiring activity in the day. So in the night you are not sleepy, as this applies to me before but after i start to do more activity i can sleep easily at night. Another thing is the whether might be too cold or too cold which you are not comfortable to sleep in, you can try to use more blanket if too cold turn on the fan if too hot.

Individuals who suffers from troubled sleep are encouraged to maintain and strictly follow a sleep schedule, which means setting a sleeping and waking up time and following it religiously regardless. This phenomenon is needed to reinforce the body’s sleep-awake cycle which is needed to maintain quality sleep at night. If due to any reason a person feels sleepy way before the bedtime, distract yourself by engaging in healthy exercises or activities such as dish washing ironing clothes, reading a book or listening to music. Surrendering against the drowsiness may cause troubled sleep later at night.
