sleep is disturbed by overthinking , lack of tiredness ,or some external elements. try to find what it is . good luck.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad
Drink milk, read some books and turn off your gadgets.

Lack of physical activity can be the source of this. Try running or riding a bike daily.

Sleep problems can be your brain injury. I would suggest to you that meet a good doctor.

for me, wake up at the same time every day.This can help adjust your body's clock and aid in falling asleep at night.

I can not sleep because I drink coffee so I stay up till the morning .. sometimes dear to sleep because I feel my body sick all

For me its best to exercise during the day, not to sleep during the day and eat a lot.

Try to meditate before you sleep. Use essential oils such as lavender. And try melatonin (it's safe)  Smiley

dont force your self to go to sleep. relax, dont think too much, relax your mind let your self go to sleep. try to drink warm milk before sleeping

Try meditating or taking melatonin

This has worked best for me, melatonin being the natural sleep hormone helps a ton, but i only use it when i really need to make sure i'm well rested. Does anyone know if it makes you more dependent on taking it?
As for the meditation, easing your mind makes your mind not wander to places you wouldn't want it to and just wait for the sleep to come.
