Last year i suffered from depression and Its really hard to fall asleep. Until one time I tried to drink milk before sleeping and its a miracle that milks help me to sleep well..

It's not smart to deal with this things by using addictive medication. Sleeping pills shouldn't be abused.

I know how it feels difficult to sleep, it can make the body more tired.
advice from me, when after the daily activities of sleep not late at night.

before going to bed to drink warm water to relax the muscles of your body.
get up early around 5 am and get out .... take a breath and feel the fresh morning air!

rutinkan these tips, may be useful.

I would recommend you to read a book before sleep -  it's very relaxing and do sport exercises like 2-3 times a week.

If you want to sleep on time or properly try to make your body busy or get it tired in everyday. Drink milk also help your self to sleep well.if this strategy is not effective to you i will advice to drink alcoholic drink before go to bed and i think it really help you to have a good sleep at night☺

I can't sleep if I am thinking to much. If I have problems I can't sleep well so I just play and do bitcoin.

I can't sleep if I am thinking to much. If I have problems I can't sleep well so I just play and do bitcoin.

Me too. If some thoughts are haunting me I can't sleep no matter what. That milk stuff never did the trick nor did the boose. Alcohol only makes it worse.

I had the same thing couple of months but now I don't have that problem. Best thing to do is read a book before you go to sleep this will definitely help for a good night sleep

in order to quickly fall asleep you need to get very tired, and then the mode will appear. With a recumbent and sedentary lifestyle, you can not quickly fall asleep

Focus on waking up at the same time everyday.

It's all about the circadian rhythm.

No screens 2 hours before bed. Meditate.
