Eat some banana before you sleep(about 30min before you sleep) and drink enough water .Sometimes low water is the main problem. If those don't work try some yoga.I can't post the link here.Try this on youtube "bed time yoga for deep sleep".Those are worked on me. If those didn't work on you go and see a doctor my friend. That is the best thing to do.
Another good thing to do my friend is let some fresh air come to your sleeping place.I always do that.I opening my windows of my room about 15min before sleep.Let the fresh air come in. More and fresh oxygen will help you for better sleep.

Well, if that is what happened to you, I will suggest you take your dinner early  and let it digest before going to bed at night so that your body systems will work well.

indeed this is very disturbing to us, especially after being tired of daily activities. can you possibly take sleeping pills or consult a doctor about your problem. or make yourself more relaxed and calm when approaching bedtime, not doing anything serious or making you tense so as not to have trouble sleeping. This strategy is simple if you can't sleep, don't lie in bed and try to fall asleep.

You need to walk like 3km+ before you going to sleep (leave 2 hours delay). This will help you, trust me.

Someone told me this sleep remedy years ago and it always works for me. When you're tucked up in bed, leave one of your limbs out of the covers. Your arm or your leg, probably your arm would be better. Make sure the heating is off. When your arm (or leg) gets really cold, take it inside the bedclothes and warm it up nicely. Rub it, cuddle it, whatever it takes. As your limb warms up, you'll become relaxed and sleep will come easily.  It always works for me. I hope it does for you too. Sweet dreams.
