Hi all! I've just found SWOT analysis of this project. Does it seem realistic, how do you think? Huh
https://swot.digrate.com/report/3ede4875-4ac7-4822-90e7-ae3ca45f498d

They made it look good and real, in case anyone was visiting and watching the analysis.

So, we can only verify the substance of information provided.

Best,

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

To say the truth the issues we are raising here touch me personally literally every day when I am selecting candidates. To what point are their resumes authentic? How profound their skills and competencies are? How can I check that they really can do the things they are writing about? How can I trust the referencies given in a resume or in contacts?

Questions and issues raised at that point are so familiar to us all.

We can do it all together better!

Best,
Aworker Team

Maybe just a tad bit longer to get more questions in or take them in advance...but not much more than that.

I sometimes struggle to find the value or use for the token for me. Once I got a job, I wont really need a token anymore, so is the token value really for the recruiters?
part of the value comes from the recruiters, but it doesnt stop when you get a job either, there are ways to increase your work tokens, or improve your reputation etc on the platform, and in this day and age people dont tend to go for long term careers, so this might well lead to a more fluid workforce, where you could dip in and out of jobs easier.

ABSOLUTELY spot on when it comes to "fluid" jobs.. there are tones of studies being done lately that shows that people now can work up to 40 jobs in their lives, this is a huge shift.. look at the gig economy, it makes up for a lot of the US workforce (most it ever has) and look at the UK zero hour contract situation, millions of people constantly in a battle trying to find whatever hours they can... this is where it'll be a winner.

I think its more than just linked in! As it gives HR much cheaper recruitment costs.

I have worked as part of HR and management team in recruiting new staff, and I have used most of the current available services in UK, Reed, Indeed, even Gumtree, etc. They charge quite a lot for their employer subscriptions/ads and sometimes these sites are manipulated by the Whales that smaller businesses have to compete with (ie. they have a bigger budget to pay for their adverts to remain the most visible in searches), I remember searching for our ad one time and couldn't find it within the first few pages - so I know how frustrating and unfair the current marketplace can be. The kind of service being offered on this platform is refreshing for someone like me to hear about!
I'll 2nd this. i've had to use a few of those companies before, as well as manpower a while back too, and not only was it hit and miss with regards to even being paid/paying people on time, but you'd often be in workplaces with other people on better contracts, really annoying.. Hoping this provides plenty of transparency as well as improving in the ways you've suggested. x

yeah its way more than that, its going to spawn a whole new type of employment, quick trusted listings, easy to find jobs, easy to recruit, trusted people, earn tokens for doing other tasks, going to interviews.. its lightyears ahead of linkedin and anything else of this generation really
