We all know that most of the job published online are already taken by internal staff and that they are just testing the market. I hope Aworker removes this problem.
im sure Aworker will get around this issue. inhouse jobs souldnt be advertised to the public, the companies doing this waste applicants time by getting them to send in credentials and not even reading them, they get applicants hopes up, knowing full well they will never give them a job. just to make it look like they have true growth in the business. yes i have seen this many times before and in fact have been part of an organization that made it policy. it's totally wrong

Let's hope Aworker can solve this problem. yeah they will be able to, if this were to happen on the aworker platform, the people doing the "recruiting" in this instance would gradually tarnish their reputation on that front and people would stop applying, they'd miss out not only on the ecosystem benefits, but also the actual chance of hiring the right applicant, so there is more than enough reason to cooperate and play fair within the system and try and make it a platform where nobody is having their time wasted or going on pointless chases with no possible job outcome
