I certainly hope the company is still solvent and continues to sell equipment.

The website cart is ...sorta working...  navigation of the new site is terrible..  someone went HTML crazy.. when will these designers learn to KISS.

(i can't even scroll the home page)

They are trying their bests to become insolvent.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)

Very intresting.  If you have alot of BJs out their that need to pick up an upgrade for batches 2, 3 and 4 thats easy money for them.

The point is that they burned the trust of the community completely. They can't do preorders anymore. They have to sell in stock hardware. My guess is that they will arrive to that point, but it will take some time.

Cointerra, on the other side, can keep selling preorders for mid year deliveries while no one is really complaining. Add the money that they will get from the preorders for their next generation and wonder why the hell HF decided to screw their clients entirely...

That is because HF is using the SAPF business model.

Erin has a lucrative career ahead of her as an expert witness testifying against Hashfast.  Any folks who are suing really should seek her out.  I'm sure she has quite a tale to share.
It would be interesting to hear the tale, but between the nda that she signed and everything else i don't really think it to be viable... (hey Erin, if you disagree just send me an email, my_nickname_here@gmail.com).

About John "leaving" only because he is not on that page anymore... Seriously?
Edit: people PMed me saying that he really left... Wut?

You have no idea what she did or did not sign.  Hashfast could hardly run a web page.  I wouldn't count upon them having the foresight to impose NDAs on their employees.

Someone told me so.
Don't you see the huge discrepancy between being unable to design a webpage that can be scrolled as every normal webpage can and successfully bringing to market a 28nm ASIC? They can play dumb if they want, but one don't really have to fall for it.

Btw, we keep missing what they post on facebook: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjDF0tq5r28

And has anyone from Hashfast ever lied to you?  Come to think of it, have they ever not lied?

Regardless, an NDA does not supersede an obligation to testify if supeonaed.

Wow! Simply, WOW! That does explain one thing though, and that's why Long Dong Johnson and Skropenis were fired: They opted to not use their masculine voices during the filming of that video.

I am so fcking mad, i already have a lawyer, but can u guys advise me a lawyer that everybody use against Hashfast and have experience in this kind of cases? Please advise me and reffer me to a lawyner website.

In america if its possible, soon i also go on vacation in America by my family. so i can also go to California to their office.

Please let me know, and i will make work of this.   Im not saying they refuse to give me 10k, but 10k is a lot of money .

I not let them going away with this, because they tell me twice that they will refund my money back, i replied them and i waiting now 3 weeks for my money, and they ignore my emails.

By the way if u seeon facebook page, you see that they answer a response on some guy called Wallace Duncman, he wants to order EVO 3 and they are directly answer his question.

While lot of people are complaining and waiting for their answers. look at facebook hashfast.

By the way all tips about lawyner links will be welcome. I already have one, but i want make my self in a stronger position so i can choose.

Use Chrome. They don't seem to test their site on any other browser.

In their defense, they don't acknowledge that the upgrade board was ever for sale or even existed:

Oh, let me rephrase - Chrome on Windows. And scroll within the first few seconds of it opening up, otherwise it stops working.

Other than that, works great Wink.

You are right about scrolling in the first few seconds... I have a fast connection and the page loads almost instantaneously, so i didn't noticed.
So the problem is universal, if it stops working once that it's loaded?

I'm amused.

Anyway, "@MtGox hasn't tweeted yet". (there is a little tiny bit of hope for cheap coins ahead and thus for BTC refunds for us).
