Can we get a video or picture of the chips hashing?

Theres a picture of them hashing on my previous post, but this china internet is only allowing me to a picture every 10 min or so

then plug your laptop in @ BA's office, im sure the have a better quality line

No. China internet + firewall + ~50 people using the connection = slow.

All compensation units and or power supplies will be shipped together if possible, but otherwise the PSU may need to be shipped separate and hence the separate shipping charge.

What about ordering 2 psus when I only have one X3 in order so I can split costs with a friend who has another order.

I just got confirmation.

ALL psus will be shipped separately, be it for normal X1/X3 or compensation, in order to reduce issues with weight related shipping (heavy PSU in one corner un balancing the box) and customs (not having to rip the miners open to check for compliance on the PSU).

Hope this makes it clear.

Then its a mighty heafty price to pay for a X1 PSU ($ 50,- for the unit $ 60,- for shipping).

or can we just order an extra PSU, so it will be shipped with the other PSU's without having to pay extra shipping costs?
That option isnt currently available on the webstore

Can you get some info on the ATX PSU kit/solution?

I'd rather just have them tear out my PSU's since im going to run them off an ATX PSU anyway

We should be able to use a locally sourced PSU to power these boxes. I cant imagine having to buy one from them.

I am working with BA and the PCB designer directly to make something ala the Avalon PDU w/ the edge connector required for the X3. Please understand this will reduce your OC potential (1000-1300w ATX psu vs custom 1450w server PSU) and reliability, and will not fit in the case, requiring you to install the PSU externally like a KnC. Still working on the details of this, but I am confident we can get something together.

Do we need to pay extra for the separate shipping? I assume not for the original orders but what about compensation or new orders?

Shipping cost for PSU on original units is included, the compensation units have the separate charge for shipping on them to account for that.

I would like knowing the size and spacing of the board holes for the heatsink as I am making my own cooling and will need to make retention clip too.

X1 or X3?

i think its the same size, iff not they will need to produce 2 diffrent heatsinks wich will increase costs
