About the compensation package, if they decide to change it again. Maybe they will let us know with tomorrows update. I think Batch 1 customers will get 100% compensation and Batch 2 will get 50% now that Batch 2 is late and the price of Ants is dropping. Anything less would be disappointing. If Black Arrow steps up and does right by their early customers, it will help them in the long run, and I hope they realize this.
Shipping their first customers, the people who financed this project, miners that are a month or two away from being useless will not entice potential customers to purchase from them in the future.
I'm still excited for my X-3, and have my fingers crossed that the compensation package gets better.

Yes, they send us this crap of miners these days (who knows?), but right today this crap is not worth anything, because the miners (as well as 3 TH/s version) will never ROI.
It seems they use customers as an electric trashcan.

+1 Your unit aint produced yet, let alone shipped. Your entitled to a refund, they are more than 3 months to late

The initial delivery date should have been 2/24, not 2/7 02/24/2014 - 05/15/2014 - 4Th = 30.9201 BTC (my loss from 2 X3's) Another thing that calculator doesn't account for is how much BA would have pumped out in hardware which would increase difficulty and lessen the profits. So with all those roughly accounted for, I am guesstimating about 25BTC profit loss for my investment.

One bit of good news, I like david from BA, he's never really steered me wrong... on an unrelated note for the reason I contacted him. He did tell me he'd briefly "his word" look in to the unprofessional, sell it yourself comment made to a member here.
