Everyone should get screen shots of competitor hardware prices when the units actually ship. This will come in handy when they discuss compensation in a few months.

Good idea.
Unit is still running a solid 125gh at the pool 12 hours later. Will report back in the morning, Would you guys like a video? The thing is WHISPER quiet, even OCed.

A video would be nice.

Just curious, how does the air flow through the bottom of the case if it is sitting flat? Does it have legs or something?

@david I think everyone in this forum would appreciate it if Blackarrow and company come in here and take into consideration  customers' input in regards to the final compensation for batch 1 before making a final decision by themselves.

I want some of that stuff you're smoking.

Now that there is some actual pics of an X1 running, albeit for less than a few minutes, im actually thinking that I might actually receive my units, woohoo!!  even though its a few months late.
The working unit looks nice and easy to manage and power so I personally cant wait to receive them and see how they go.
If Bobsag, being the only person in the world who has a working unit apparently, could possibly post a pic showing that the unit has mined for over an hour consistently, then this would show us people who still get some form of assurance from screenshots etc, that what we will/might receive soon is going to be worth the wait.
Cheers from OZ.

Any idea when shipping will start from your end to your customers?

I just got an email that my order (X1) has been shipped, including a DHL tracking number.

Totally agree, wtf are they telling us to get on a plane to solve the problem when they won't publicly provide the schematics or barest technical info on how these things are wired up - if they were serious they'd make something public..

They're selling chips so where is the alpha/beta reference design at least to get customers ready to use the chips ahead of shipping??  Yes there's a chip data sheet, bare minimal info in it tho.

BA are probably shipping the Paypal orders asap because that's the only payment method where the customer has a form of control over refunds.

My orders are in the #12xx s and a little bit higher, so I may have to wait a bit longer than the earlier orders which would be obviously more than fair enough, but hopefully not too much longer.
Bobsag agreed to post pics with longer than 12hrs running the X1 Looking forward to that.
Cheers from OZ.

My unit and PSU is out for delivery now. As soon as I can set it up remotely I will take some screenshots, maybe screen video if that works.

My previous post which didn't make it to be posted asked a few simple questions which I guess were a bit too hard for BA. One request was that anyone that does not have any affiliation with BA or any of the resellers please post pics of a working unti. I also stated that I will gladly do the same.
Lets see if this post gets to be seen.
