Glory!!!
I received tracking number, but not from BA, it's from DHL.

What do you mean you received it from DHL and not BA? How did you actually get the tracking slip in your hands?

If it is an X1 and they have put a Declared value of $100 this is fraud. Many companies do this kind of false declarations and as this is a legal document BA have done quite wrong and maybe someone should complain to the authorities involved. I asked BA what the declared value (like last year) and they said it would be the amount of $ I paid at the time. (not a converted BC-USD change)
.

Blackarrow... can you comment on this? are you putting false declarations?

We're not really sure this is legit yet. At this point I'd believe this is another attempt to string us along before I'd believe they actually shipped something to a customer.

That said, having paid over $60 US for shipping on a single X-1, it should come with some sort of insurance.

Declared value of $100 this is fraud.

If you stop spouting crap for a minute you might realise that this valuation is the only legitimately accurate fact that blackarrow have ever actually made.

There's no way an X1 is currently worth more than $100

X1s have been trickling in slowly for the past three weeks or so.  No one has reported getting an X3 yet.

We need an "upvote" function on the forums so we don't have to +1 these things. That's great.

None of this means anything, somehow they're allegedly shipping a single non-reseller unit weeks after the fact and we're supposed to be impressed?

Black Arrow has made it abundantly clear at this point that the only resolution to this situation is some kind of legal action. The goal of actually getting the hardware you paid for or refund is gone, the only real attainable goal at this point is to strive to make sure some piece of shit Eastern European confidence criminal either ends up living in a cardboard box eating cat food or in prison enjoying the companionship of at least one non-consensual male sexual partner.

Lol, you know they do say prayer has an effect on things. I am not religious at all, but if my prayers could help bring about this, i would become a nun. (i am dude, so imagine all that entails Wink)

You forgot to take into consideration that most miners are maxing out at 85 ghs. So maybe they're worth $80 or so.

And I thought Bobsag tested these, what do you test? If it only ran at 85% of the advertised rate. I wouldn't want it. We already know they won't explode, so no need to test that.

My one stays solid at 120 GH/s.

Not my case ... as you can see, and not talking about the huge quantity of errors from one of the miners, they also stop hashing and restart randomly :

Your freq. is set to 800 on three of the miners

Log in to each miner by going to

192.168.2.18/lcd (make sure there isn't https://)

login w/ user / blackarrow

Click on cgminer, scroll down and up your freq.

Chips and systems out at end of Feb 2014 - that means tape out sometime in December 2013, which means you've only just, or have not yet started physical design. Without being well into the physical design stage how do you know what your power or performance numbers are going to be with any confidence?

We've started the design in June. The only difference between us and our competitors is that we do not give unrealistic time frames which we know we cannot meet.

We are confident that we will deliver sooner but we do not make promises that we might not be able to fulfill.

To put this in perspective, 13 months to build a lemon of a miner! Just about the same amount of time to build the Empire State Building.

But the Empire State Building was probably tested prior to being shipped out.

it was, I seen it - King Kong escaped and kidnapped some blonde chick
