Are USA people supposed to sell and rebuy?  If so, there needs to be a bid wall at .1.  Otherwise, we are taking losses just to move shares to cryptostocks.  Or do we wait for Ukyo to push the shares back to the issuer account and you will reissue them?

I am interested in this as well. I have a good amount of shares on BitFunder and i am in the US. What will happen from here on out if i hold my shares?

We will be announcing a solution for users to transfer their shares to an account on Bitfunder for us to hold and for the shares to receive dividends.  This will be before Ukyo pushes the shares back to the issuer account.  We are trying to be pro-active to help our Investors.

Thank you for all the work that you are doing for shareholders, it is much appreciated. I'm glad there is another option for US buyers to pick up more shares temporarily, I'm in this long and I have been itching to get more shares at such a stupidly low price.

Looking forward to the development on colored coins etc, and more news on the hardware! Keep up the good work.

Am I reading it wrong, or is Cryptostocks down to 20,000 left at .0010 in the order book? The trading history doesn't show that 580,000 shares have sold.

Guess the shares are now back up on Cryptostocks.

Can Ken at least tell the shareholders if everything is on schedule or not?  A simple yes or no will suffice.  I don't want ken to have to type more than a sentence to inform us.

Dunno wtf is going on, but I can't seem to buy shares on cryptostocks. My account has sufficient balance, and it keeps giving me insufficient balance errors. Very irritating...

These types of questions are a headache for Ken.  Shareholders actually wanting info on the company is discouraged here.  At least Labcoin makes up stuff to keep their investors happy.

Ken, as you can see by the replies to my post, this company has became a laughing stock of the Bitcoin world.

The main thing that matters for a mining company is mining. Please tell us how close we are to hashing. I am very worried.

When are these samples chips supposed to be delivered? Ken said 9 weeks, but from when?

I've asked a couple times.. from the time he made this topic? or from when Easic was paid.  He still hasn't answered, other people have speculated for him though.

The low to normal volume production is supposed to arrive in the latter half of November, so I would imagine the sample chips will come in by the end of October. I think we will sooner get a response like "Sample chips have arrived" than an estimate out of Ken. Hopefully we can get some more detailed specs such as die size, actual hashrate and power consumption.

Hey Ken Slaughter?!

How are we doing?

How is chip production coming along?

Are we on schedule?

Do you have a time frame estimate of what is going to happen when?

Or are we just left here to our own devices to guess and churn FUD?

Do you even understand what I am writing here?

this is E-N-G-L-I-S-H... do you speak and write in this language?

Well if you do maybe you can use this form of communication to explain very carefully, courteously and respectfully to your shareholders and investors just what exactly is going on in that cave that we've so graciously funded?

or are we BFL at this point?

...which is bitcoinese for SOL

Yeah we could definitely use some basic updates. It shouldn't be difficult or time-consuming to tell us whether the chips are on schedule at the minimum.

This is very disrespectful.  Before posting like this, ask yourself how you would behave if we were all sat around a table looking at each other.  If the answer is still the same, then please to not contribute to this forum.

I understand people's concerns as they are very valid.  This is a difficult transitional time for our American cousins as well as all other investors, but please do remind yourself that YOU made the decision to enter into the world of Bitcoin mining securities.  YOU should have done your due dilligence and YOU have chosen to take on the associated risk.

I would encourage you to challenge Ken because I agree he needs to find a way to communicate in a more concise and informative way, but do not lower yourself into the pit of shame that our resident FUDsters wallow in.

+1

The thing is most people here are from the 'I want it now' generation. They have no patience and clearly no manners.

How many companies have crashed and burned in this industry? A high percentage. You lot are invested in one of very few that is not underperforming or behind schedule due to its own failings. We are progressing as promised. Ken is dealing with outside circumstances as they happen with a can-do attitude. If you have some questions ask them sensibly. If you get no reply, deal with it.

One more thing, and this is crucial. Ken will get nothing out of all of this work until we are paid back ipo price of 0.0025 on each share. Think about that and think about how that must motivate him. I'm sure he has as big plans as we do for our profits from this enterprise but he will be the last to be paid. So it's obvious he will be putting everything he has into this. He is a super clever and canny businessman. That really is all you need to know. The rest is a waiting game. We will hit the hashing when we are ready simple as, if you get no reply to a question, consider the answer to be commercially sensitive.
