why on earth would Ken not put those details in the November update, those few lines told us almost everything we wanted to know apart from a date for chip delivery.

Sometimes I just can not fathom what must go through Ken's head.

Because, after months of Ken being silent, offering dribs and drabs of news and information, of avoiding answering direct questions, we have lost confidence in his ability to make his original dreams and vision regarding Active Mining come to fruition.

There is no marketing fellow. There is no PR fellow.
There is only Ken and a couple of his close relatives.

This is not meant as an attack on Ken. Still love the guy, but business and money are apart from personal affection.

I didn't want to be the first to say this but Lorenzo is borderline trolling right now.  Just when you thought you'd seen it all!

I'm sure I read that our accounts on CT were going to be created for us and that shareholders don't need to open up our own accounts.

Have any of you already opened an account?

From the "details" page of ActM on Crypto-trade: "Total Hashing Power Hashing ~700 GH/s"

Is that what we are currently mining with (implying that the increase in hashrate over the last couple of weeks was a result of the sample/low volume chips) or is it simply outdated information?

"AMC expects to receive ~40 Million dollars in profits from its VMC subsidary payment in 2014"
That's just projected hardware sales, if our self-mining farm is at least as successful, $80M profit translated at $1500/btc (if lower, we get more btc if higher we get less) implies dividends of 0.00363btc/share in the year 2014 (this calc considers that the first 0.0025 are paid only to the public 10M shares). If investors demand 30% APR that seems typical of successful btc-denominated securities, that gives us a rough estimate of fair-price of 0.012btc/share. There are many assumptions involved with this but it continues to be in the ballpark of what I expected back in September or whenever the hell the restructuring happened.

Maybe that is what he shipped to first customers? So now we has nothing Tongue

There's a tonne of outdated information if you read close enough.. like "we will start paying dividends when we get the avalons and klondikes up and running"  Roll Eyes

well at least we know our old friend is smart enough to copy/paste.. so.. that's a bonus.....
