The domain is the prize if its not renewed, thats worth more then the Lambo I would gander quite easily but just my guess.   All draws should be automatic for this reason it seems.   Think I did post a story on how google forgot to renew theres lol but you cant just snatch these things away in theory, though if its abandoned thats something else.

This are one of the reasons what always make me believe that freebitco is currently operating on auto-pilot, where all features that has been automated to operate on their own are currently running safely without any major issues, the the features or part of casino that needs human actions have been left to suffer, a good example is this which you said, there is no way the system will automatically pick a winner and announce it without human interference, and this is why they have not announced a winner since.

Try resetting your password. Maybe you just changed it and forgot. I know FBC has issues, but i doubt they would just lock peoples accounts for no reason.
Alternativly, if you don't have 2FA enabled, maybe you got hacked

This is what you pay for being too trusting, it is easy to trust and perhaps good when things are still going fine, but what if it goes south? I believe most users just earn GTs through wagering. This way they still have a chance of growing their funds, while accumulating Golden Tickets. For whales it's an easy source of GTs, which also generates extra RPs, which can be exchanged into more satoshis. Moreover, there are rewards for users who wager the biggest amounts of money as well.

On the other hand, to purchase GTs don't imply any side effects, or extra rewards, benefits. Therefore, it's not advisable.

Not that accumulating GTs mean something important nowadays, though...

From what I can understand, most users are not able to withdraw their FUN tokens and this may be because the site owners are not allowing these withdrawals to force people to continue blocking the token or exchanging it for bitcoin on the site and the site owners will come out on top.

In my opinion, it is clear that the owners of this site are going to disappear with people's money and unfortunately most people have not yet realized this and continue using the site. I hope people are able to withdraw everything they have on the site.

A while ago I tried to change the password of a friend's account and it was not possible, I also registered an account for my nephew, but I put his email address wrong, I tried to change it and I couldn't, and the account was logged out and it was no longer possible to access. And in neither case was it possible to contact as support, I did not get a response in both, but you can try, at least one automatic response you will receive.,  but, if you still are receiving promotional emails, your account are on data bank of them...

You should also provide a screenshot of the email sent by freebitcoin, so we can know what really happened, or you check the balance of your FUN Token whether it has decreased or remains in your account, if it remains it means your withdrawal failed, and maybe you can do another option by selling to Bitcoin and withdrawing it in the form of Bitcoin but as far as I know this will also take time for you to receive the Bitcoin.

Well, for me though, I've never had any issues with receiving emails for password Change or whatever, even the first time some months back or even over a year now when some persons complained about not getting the mail for password change, I remember trying the same back then and I got the needed mail right there in my mailbox.

So, if the user is complaining about same issue again, I don't actually know what to say, maybe the issue is really from his end as you have said, or maybe it's something peculiar with his freebitco account at the moment, or maybe it has something to do with the mail provider he is using, as for me, I also did try getting the password change mail even now and like you, I got it almost immediately I requested for it, so maybe the user should check himself to ensure the issue isn't from his end.

I do not think that works or will work, the promo emails are basically a means through which the casino advertising their product, or call attention of their users to visit the site/casino everyday if not for anything, atleast to claim the free spin, this also contributes greatly to the site's daily traffic and helps improve its score on the global ranking.

One needs a special email, one specially generated with the code (as a form of verification) to change your account password, the system generates and sends this email and I believe it should be automatic when ever a user Calls the function.

As for the promo emails, that has already been programed to come into our mailboxes on daily basis, regardless of whether or not a human is there behind the screen..
