Seriously I would understand some mishaps in small amounts (less than 1 btc) because that happens all the time in any place and then fixed afterwards but for 330!! bitcoin and after 40+ days ? That is just unacceptable. Do they realize that they are killing themselves?
I mean it doesn't make sense, if they want to just keep the 330 bitcoin to themselves to profit they are making a huge mistake because we as the gamblers will stop (already stopped and probably never comeback no matter what) playing on cloudbet which would result with less gamblers losing money to them and would result with them not making profits from gamblers. They obviously didn't think this one through because if they did they would know operating legally and properly would yield more profits than this type of shady business.
The customer swofty said he will taking the proper legal action against them since they have not paid him his winnings for an entire month and a week and a half now. And even went as far as blocking his account from doing anymore bets. Because he was winning too much? Or they dont have the available amount to make this users payout? This is what it sounds like to me. He is giving them a week to come up with his winnings or he is going this route in forwarding it to their lawyer. Never the less we are behind you on this one and hoping for the right conclusion in how this situation turns out.

Depending on the complexity of the complaint, our investigation may take longer than eight weeks to resolve. We will ensure that we write to you within eight weeks of the date we receive your complaint or dispute with either a final response or an update of the position explaining why we are not in a position to provide a final response, and when we expect to be in a position to do so. IF THERE WAS ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE INTEGRITY OF SCAMBET, THEY JUST PUT A NAIL IN THEIR OWN COFFIN BY "UPDATING" THEIR TOS TO BASICALLY SAY WE WILL LOOK FOR EVERY WAY NOT TO PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS, AND WE WILL TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEED TO DO IT. AMAZING SCUMBAGS!

I'm sure they know, they are in the business for many years and from the very beginning they understand already that reputation will make their business to operate profitably, but this latest scam accusation, seems like they are not making a timely action and I will already conclude that they might leave it open and will just watch how their business collapse.

Hey guys anyone know rugby betting here? Bet issue with Cloudbet. Does anyone know what total margins rugby means?
You can look at Cloudbet trust now, -125: -7 / +3 it's enough to make sure that this gambling site can't be trusted anymore. Seems like you some information has been left about this gambling site, or you just pretended not to know it.

I believe that he did not follow the event that has happened before.

Good day all,
This message is an update regarding the complaint from Swofty. We have been following the conversations on the forums and we are aware that his case is causing concern in the community, not least about the length of time it’s taken for us to comment.
Please rest assured that we haven’t been ignoring the issue. We take all customer complaints seriously - regardless of the financial amount involved - and do our best to ensure a speedy resolution.
Please understand that we have no desire to stonewall - but there is no value in updates without any new information and we are not able to comment publicly on specific details regarding this case.
Yes, just keep man's bitcoin indefinitely - while you can trade on markets with it or whatever. That's called a crime.

Please rest assured that we haven’t been ignoring the issue. We take all customer complaints seriously - regardless of the financial amount involved - and do our best to ensure a speedy resolution.
In this case, our fraud team has needed more time than usual as the case is quite complicated and involves several different parties and inconsistent information from the player. This is our standard procedure if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Please understand that we have no desire to stonewall - but there is no value in updates without any new information and we are not able to comment publicly on specific details regarding this case.
Curacao Egaming - with which we are licensed - will act as an arbiter here and we are bound by any ruling they make. We encourage the player to reach out to them directly to present his case.
We intend to fully respect the decision that is reached by Curaçao Egaming, and we hope the community will too.
Cloudbet have been serving customers honestly and reliably since 2013, and although player complaints do arise from time to time, we have always had a steadfast commitment to resolving them fairly and quickly. Sometimes however, thorough investigations are necessary to ensure that we can guarantee a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all of our players.
This can sometimes take time, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Thanks,
The Cloudbet team
Hey Ronnie, Congrats on the baby! Mind explaining why cloudbet updated their TOS and added an 8 week OR LONGER(indefinite) investigating clause allowing them to hold players funds without as much as an explanation? Swofty is by far not the only person that you guys are trying to shaft. I can only imagine how many people you took for their money that don't know about this forum. The next social media outing should be nice for you guys! CLOUDBETSCAM.COM

Would you also like to explain how, as a "licensed" organization you justify threatening your client/past client with doxing and police? Makes sense why you guys try to stay so extremely anonymous, but that's coming to an end. Reach out! Thanks "Dear YoungAmericanDream, We will be contacting the police and providing them with your details if there are any attempts to maliciously harm the website. Please consider this our final communication. Best regards, Paul Cloudbet Support Manager"

Never the less we are behind you on this one and hoping for the right conclusion in how this situation turns out. I understand the proper legal action is the right way to go about this since its really a legal case but considering how long it could take as well and the result is still unknown we can assume it may take a lot longer than we expect and might even end up with a loss to the user instead of the casino. Don't forget casino is 330+ richer than the user right now thanks to their scam which means they will now have the power to hire much better lawyers and defend themselves whereas player probably doesn't have the same resources to do so. We don't even know where and how he can sue them neither since its a crypto casino based in god knows where and laws of that place is god knows how so it might be a big big challange. The only possible outcome from this is cloudbet knowing that they will no longer get any customers because of this huge mistake, they literally killed their own business. They can basically close the casino now and call it a day because they are no longer on the list.

They can basically close the casino now and call it a day because they are no longer on the list. After reading your post above. You are right. They could go this route and just close up shop and would not care to settle this or the other non paid out players for they would be over a million dollars in the green instead of the red. They are now threatening the other user above you to call in the police if they do not cease and desist their attempts of contacting them any further causing harm to their website. Now they are on the defensive and usually this would involve them calling in their own legal team to defend their property and assets. They could be changing their terms of service to eight weeks so they can get legal advice on where they stand in all this.

I'm just wondering what's going to be the end with that 330 BTC case.

Swofty has proven he made all the deposits - now Cloudbet hasn't paid him for over a month, in fact perhaps it's 1.5 months now ... And they had all this data all this time along. The only thing they could have "blamed" him for is perhaps his bets but they have never investigated his bets, because getting from 129 to 330 is quite common in gambling .... This just proves time and time again that Cloudbet is defrauding their users, plain and simple.

They've had a good run tho. Hilarious seeing all the same people who are threatening to dox their clients, requesting KYC(very personal documents), taking peoples deposits and not paying out winnings while hiding under a bitcoin cloak of invisibility - running like rats, closing their personal accounts, going private, taking their pictures offline. TOO LATE ASSHOLES! INTERNET IS FOREVER!
