but unfortunately not all gamblers want to do KYC, especially gamblers who are more concerned with anonymity. they will not like or perform KYC on any site and especially gambling sites. so they prefer to look for gambling platforms that do not require filling out KYC to keep gambling.
but keep in mind that gambling platforms request KYC not for security but to verify whether the gambler is in a money laundering case or comes from a country that is prohibited by the gambling platform.
Depending on the size of your bets this could be impossible, for whales or people that like to gamble regularly this is not going to be easy and most licensed casinos will at some point ask for this information, however for the people that just gamble once in a while and do so with their spare money such a thing could be possible, especially if they prefer to gamble at several different casinos, as in that way the amount of money wagered will be even smaller and the chances of triggering some sort of flag that makes the casino to ask for this information will be even lower.

You are absolutely correct, for the high rollers, KYC verification is inevitable, its a process they must pass through as long as they are gambling on a licensed casino, except the casino is not licensed, but its simply stupid and very risky to go gambling on casinos that are not licensed all because of trying to avoid being asked to go through kyc verification...

As a high roller who has not committed any money laundering crime, or does not have any intent of doing such, and also, you are not in a region that is banned or not supported by the casino, i see no reason why the gambler should be avoiding KYC, i mean its better to pass KYC verification and have your money, than losing it in an attempt to avoid being asked for KYC verification.

about this issue of having an account in many casinos, I think that this is also something much more dangerous than people imagine, because when a person has an account on Cloudbet and I play constantly, then he also creates an account at casino X, Y, Z continues playing at the 4 casinos at the same time so that person at the end of the day runs the risk of doing KYC in the 4 casinos, and doing KYC in the 4 casinos that person is exposing his documents in the 4 casinos, if only for someone to put documents in only 1 casino It's already a cause for concern for that person, so imagine putting documents in 4 different casinos

people keep creating accounts in all the casinos that exist because they want bonuses, many people even end up forgetting to use all accounts and for this reason some casinos even charge inactivity fees, and this has become a reason for debate and noise

Stupid decision for high rollers to avoid KYC compliance casino since this could make them more secured especially when dealing on their accounts and transactions happening there, hackers cannot easily withdraw especially with huge amount of money since for sure they will be flagged and ask for KYC for verification.

Compare to Non Kyc casino where hackers can easily take out their balance and worse the casino where they trust is a scam and they cannot withdraw their money deposited on scam casino.

In the casino without licence the rights of players are not protected at all. The owners of such casinos can close them any time they want taking the money of the users. It is so simple to open new casino and do not pay players at all.

KYC is good but there are some casinos that bypass it because of it cumbersome nature of registration, and they  are doing well in the online casinos platforms. Though it is not encourage to register to a casino site that has no KYC or license because you the gambler is putting yourself in danger, anything can happen along the long run. So you are advise to deposit what you can loss and it will not pain you if it happens. KYC protect the interest of the play and the account as well. So it is better you use a casino that has KYC and fully registered.

therefore as I said in several threads of complaints about KYC issues, I always say there is nothing wrong with doing KYC on gambling that has a license for convenience and security when betting. and doing KYC is not fully complying but only complying with the rules that apply to the gambling platform, and that looks fine.
some people here who have high rollers certainly won't mind doing KYC to comply with applicable regulations.

for gamblers who do not like KYC and are looking for gambling without a license, it will be at their own risk as they have already made their plans and I am sure, gamblers who only gamble in anonymity, they are waiting for much less funds.

This thread has taken a lot of worry and stress away from me.  Great forum too, glad I found it Smiley

Cloudbet asked me for KYC and have been quite slow to respond as well as asking for more than normal, they want actual bank statements I received in the mail, which I dont have so have had to order from my bank.  The problem I have is I opened the account when I was in Spain visiting my family, but I am not a Spanish resident I am a Uk resident.  I wasnt aware of the whole residency thing with gambling. Afterward I found out UK residency is restricted so I guess that means I will lose all my winnings unfortunately, they werent very much but still annoying if thats what happens.  But the slow responses and all the bad reviews I was seeing on trustpilot had me absolutely sick with worry that they would steal my deposit as well as taking my winnings.  I have barely slept all weekend but finding this site and seeing that they are reputable, just very thorough with their KYC  and a little slow with the responses has really taken some stress away about this.

I actually made a thread in the sscam forum as I wasnt sure where to post about my problem, but I deleted it after seeing I may jumping the gun and letting worry get the best of me.  Ill keep the forum posted about what happens, I really hope I get it all figured out soon, never been so stressed out.

i like to complain
get issue with lot of bookmakers
but cloudbet is the one they never ask me anything
i do the verification in their website ( its not KYC fully as they just ask passport and picture id)
i deposit 8k and withdraw more than 24k without any issue
of course if u play from a banned country u will have trouble
but to say its a scam its unfair

Sometimes casinos can be very slow on their responses and the communication they sustain with their customer is not really the best, this could give the impression they may be about to scam you but their customer support is simply overwhelmed with all the work they have to deal with, now with that being said their main account is not very active in the forum anymore as they have not posted in almost a year, but they seem to have logged in just a week ago so it may take some time before they see your post and decide to look more closely at your case.

This is especially true for old casinos with a large number of customers. Therefore, you need to be prepared that the answer to the request can be waited for a whole week, and not 1 day as you want.

KYC verification is good for everyone, and bypassing KYC verification is not really important in some of the gambling platforms i know very well, so I'm trying to tell you, to understand that gamblling is very risk and in a platform that demands verification or documentation of details, the user supposed at least to know that KYC is for the benefit of the player, so at least you have to understand such scenario that KYC very is necessary.
all online platforms including gambling platforms are very high risk and indeed for KYC on gambling platforms is a sensitive matter that sometimes some gamblers feel disturbed by KYC requests.
for me if a gambler is loyal to the platform and trusts the gambling platform, there is no problem doing KYC there. because he already feels comfortable and safe to do everything on the platform.
and usually for withdrawals of large amounts currently the average gambling platform requires KYC
Indeed, KYC is a requirement that is applied by casino sites for each user, especially for users who will make withdrawal transactions with relatively large amounts.
However, as gamblers, we shouldn't need to feel disturbed and be concerned about the obligation of every user to do KYC.
Because the existence of KYC requested by the casino site has a good purpose in terms of security from the casino site and security for every account registered on the site.
but unfortunately not all gamblers want to do KYC, especially gamblers who are more concerned with anonymity. they will not like or perform KYC on any site and especially gambling sites. so they prefer to look for gambling platforms that do not require filling out KYC to keep gambling.
but keep in mind that gambling platforms request KYC not for security but to verify whether the gambler is in a money laundering case or comes from a country that is prohibited by the gambling platform.
Yes, it's true and there are some casinos that don't provide KYC requirements for their casino site users so gamblers who don't like KYC setup can play or bet at the casino.
If you say that KYC is not for security, but what actually happens is that KYC is made for security. As an example of what you have said, KYC is made to verify whether gamblers are in money laundering cases or citizens who are prohibited from using the site, then can't you take the main point, which is security for the casino so that no user is in a money laundering case, because if that happens then the casino site will also be in trouble in that case and be dragged into a case where the casino is a place of storage or duplicating money by the accused in money laundering cases.
So KYC also plays an important role for the security of a casino site.

Now the regulation is being tightened and the passing of KYC is mandatory in almost all exchanges, even decentralized and casinos. If a person has honestly passed KYC, then he will not cheat and will play honestly. Another thing is that the casino must ensure that all KYC players pass honestly, and do not buy accounts with passed KYC.

Regulation is being tightened for a reason, but in order to protect the rights of investors, players and ordinary users. How many scams have there been with exchanges and casinos. And after such hacks and scams, regulation is tightened every time and will continue to be tightened, since fraud does not stop.

The more strict is regulation the more protected the rights of common players. There are a lot of different kinds of manipulations and frauds in casino and the rights of the players must be protected.

However, it seems that not all casinos do manipulation and fraud.
Especially at a number of casinos that have succeeded in becoming the biggest and most trusted casino line-up. Of course, these casinos guarantee the comfort and safety of every user in them because they prioritize service and quality for every user who plays or bets there.
If we think clearly as to whether successful and well-established casinos commit fraud to their customers who have given them large amounts of profit.
So there is no reason for the casino to do manipulation and fraud.

They will not gonna be classified as big and trusted casino if they are doing fraud to their customer. Top casinos climb to the leaderboard because they slowly build their reputation through a better customer support service and good bonus promotion. Typically small casino pull fraud than big casino since they have small bank roll and their profit is small due to low volume of costumer. With this situation, They are always become tempted to scam those seasonal whale players that deposit on their casino due to bonus.

This is why playing on unknown casino just because they are offering a good bonuses is very dangerous.

Hi all forummembers,

Does Cloudbet support reads/use this forum?

I logged in my cloudbet account via Facebook-login. My facebook account is linked to 3 emails. 2 i still use and 1 schoolemail wich i cannot access anymore.

When i gambled a bit and wanted to withdrawl my BTC, it sended an withdrawl confirmation link to.. you guess it.. the schoolemail wich i cannot acces anymore. So the withdrawl i cannot use anymore.

I asked support to change my email to some other email linked to my facebook account linked to my Cloudbet login, they told me that they "escalated it to the relevant team". This is been 4 days ago and had zero respons since then.

Does any Cloudbet support here can help me out or someone had the same situation?

Thanks for reading and have a nice evening all

Thanks for reading and have a nice evening all

you need to post photos of the conversations you had with the support of this casino

you need to post id of deposits you made in this casino

you need to post pictures of the withdrawal attempt you made

how long did you lose access to your email? I think your case could be very complicated since the support might think that you are not the owner of the account and want to steal funds from the original owner of the account, but since you have access to the account and email address maybe it would be the case for you provide them with all email addresses and including images that you do not have access to the school email
