If peoples are to hate each other for every historical transgression, there won't be a nation left free of all-consuming hate. Russians by your logic of who invaded it, cheated it or broke treaties with it, for example needs to hate Mongolia, Sweden, Poland, France, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Great Britain, and, lately, US(NATO) to name just a few. It was often disguised as comedy as well, and the problems were highlighted in round-about ways. Actually there are very few Soviet films without criticism of the Soviet state of affairs.
