What I don't understand is, why are you morons so up in arms over a "democratically elected" president being deposed for trying to become a dictator
I'm sorry but the only "moron" is in your mirror, because only a moron would believe in something like that. Who told you this nonsense, CNN or FoxNews? This was told to me by the people who were protesting on Maidan, when they told me why they were protesting, when I actually talked to them. Not some biased media. Don't be naive, do you really believe that police is unable to disperse such demonstration? If he wanted to become a dictator, he would have got it. If you believe that special forces were unable to resolve this type of problem, then you have never seen this guys in action. Less than 15 minutes would be required to resolve these "protests" by force.
That would not have worked, since doing that would have instantly lost all support for him in the whole country. Dictators can only stay in power if enough people support or are afraid of them. Don't forget, everyone protesting on Maidan was made to be criminals with a sentence of many years in prison if they got arrested. But the people showed that they were not afraid by not leaving. So wannabe dictator realized he did not have as much power as he hoped. He even wouldn't need to use an armed forces for that, just give the "Berkut" an order to use batons, and it's done...
He did give Berkut an order to use batons. There were many clashes that involved baton uses, except the protesters fought back. Why do you think the burning tire barricades were set up in the first place? It was to keep Berkut with batons away. As I said, you're morons. That, or worse, you are trying to rewrite history and spread lies and propaganda on purpose. I see typical pattern here:
1. Your gf have dropped you? / Your salary is not enough to cover the bills? / Your neighbor is a fool? / whatever 2. Blame it on russians. 3. PROFIT.
Actually, it's: 1. Russia attacks and invades Ukraine on multiple occasions throughout history. 2. Russia, despite being established by Mongols and the Golden Horde, lies by rewriting history to make it seem as if Ukraine, which had nothing to do with Russia, was always a part of Russia. 3. Russia invades Ukraine as it established the Soviet Union, and subjects Ukraine to mass pogroms, starvation, and economic devastation. 4. Soviet Russians assassinate my great-grandparents for being enemies of the state (royals), despite them not having any actual power over anyone. 5. Soviet Russians pursue by grandparents, and parents, by putting them on KGB blacklists, spying on them, tapping their phones, and on a few occasions attempting to arrest them and send them to gulags in Siberia or fatal cleanup duty in Chernobyl, with them surviving only by running and hiding when they can. 6. Russian politicians are still ex-KGB types that are pro communist, and seem to want to bring back "the glory days of the Soviet empire." Except now they are even joined by the very powerful Orthodox Church, so not only is their government trying to get back to bring a communist dictatorship, they are trying to be extremely religiously "moral" too, hoping to make even more speech and ideas illegal. So, sorry if I have no love or trust for the Russian government after it has been fucking with Ukraine and my personal family history for over a century, and seems to want to continue to do that to other people.

Quote from Wikipedia: "Bendukidze does not belong to Putin's circle of friends and he understood sooner than everyone else that everything would be taken away from him..." "He is known as a committed libertarian[1] and strong supporter of market economy, deregulation and privatization" Sounds like a great choice! Maybe with him Ukraine will finally start moving away from Russian-style socialism, towards a more open and wealthier market economy. I agree only with one word there. It'll surely be wealthier, for the ones closest to the top. Are you a left-wing socialist/communist? If yes, I have some really bad news for you that involves Bitcoin...

This is the 3rd chopper being downed by the self-defence forces in Slavyansk. The Kiev junta is using Choppers to extensively bomb the civilian targets in the Donetsk Oblast.
What is this "self-defense" force, which by the way is a tiny percent of the overall population in that region, fighting for? Do they want to force everyone in the region to join Russia, whether the people living there want to or not? Are they fighting to establish an independent country? Do they not like police and want to do whatever they want? Do they just not like Ukrainian government (in which case, why didn't they vote to show they wanted someone else?)

Moscow Surprised by Kiev’s Move to Reject Russian Humanitarian Aid
Why would they be surprised? Russia invaded and annexed a huge part of their country, spread massive amounts of propaganda to scare Eastern Ukrainians about Ukraine becoming fascist, is likely entirely responsible for starting the civil war in that part of the country, has sent multiple spies, instigators, and saboteurs into Ukraine, was caught for paying people to start chaos, and even tried to sabotage the elections by infecting the election systems with a virus that would have made the Right Sector party win, which Russian propaganda has been saying had huge support in the country, despite them only having less than 2% support. Ukraine blames Russia for the entire situation happening now (don't forget, this isn't the first time Ukraine had a revolution that kicked out their ruling party, but it's the first time it resulted in such a war). Why would they trust Russia with anything else?

Still complaining about the Russian involvement? NATO reports that more than two-thirds of Russia’s troops have now pulled back from the Ukrainian border zone. Russia has withdrawn most troops from Ukraine border, Hagel saysRussian involvement is not the troops on Russian side of the border. It's the troops in Crimea, the troops in Ukraine, and the massive propaganda and chaos campaigns going on in eastern Ukraine. That pulling back the troops is a bullshit distraction compared to the damage they have already done and are continuing to do. It's like if I were to stab you with a knife, but then claim that I was no longer involved because I pulled out the knife.

Bankers know how to create wealth. If they take over the country and change it to make it create wealth, that would be a good thing for everyone living there (except for those living off of other's work and wealth). If these IMF loans have the same conditions as they usually do, this may be a HUGE positive for Ukraine. Specifically, IMF requires things like major cuts in government spending, reduction in social programs, getting rid of tarrifs and restrictions on imports, privatizing public industries, opening up to foreign investment, restrictions on inflating national currencies, etc. Very pro free market types of things (that bitcoiners support). Ukraine got to where it is in part because it never fully let go of the soviet style socialist economy. Hopefully this will finally force them to change and improve. For a good example of what IMF conditions do, check out the results of IMF loans and conditions in Iceland. Not only has their economy recovered enormously, they were even immune to the post 2008 aftershocks that affected, and continue to affect, the rest of Europe.

Yes. Bankers know how to create wealth. They take away money from hard working people and give it to the politicians. That is how they make money. It will be good for the politicians and bankers, and will be bad for anyone else.

Bankers just take money from inefficient and wasteful parts of the market, and invest it where it can do some good. By the way, are you on this forum mainly for things like Freicoin instead of Bitcoin? Or for the Resource Based Economy / Venus Project stuff? Or are you just getting paid to continue the Russian propaganda? You seem to be rather socialist and anti capitalist in the things you espouse, and now even more so with your rather extreme support of Russia and their policies.

And here I thought that banks are private organizations which lobby the hell out of every politician in every country to reduce regulation and thereby take money from inefficient and wasteful parts of the market and put it into their own pockets...

Bankers enslave the hard working population. And that is why it is so depressing to watch the Ukrainian public descending in to slavery forced upon them by the CIA and the IMF.

It's been a while since I checked the tweets of the Russian wartime journalists from KP: https://twitter.com/kp_steshinhttps://twitter.com/sashakotsReading through Aleksander Kots posts from the last 24 hours, it looks like the Ukrainian SBU tried to deport him. He got a category D prohibition. No charges were given - he's just not welcome in the country. Interestingly, the border patrol forces that detained him, were friendly, asked what was really happening in Donbass, didn't have any kind words for the Kiev powers, but when asked why they won't let him slip through, they said that with category D, no one would be willing to look the other way, even for a bribe. One of the officers took him to the railway station cafe and treated him to coffee, as Aleksander didn't have any hryvna on him. The officer told that they often come to that cafe to watch Russian news on a telly there from Rossia24 channel. Finally before he got sent on his merry way to Belgorod, OSCE intervened, and he and severalother journalists were released and could continue on their way. One of the last tweets is that he is in Donetsk and reporting from "our Palestine - South-Eastern Ukraine".
Klichko is going to be the mayor of Kiev with 56.55% votes (so far): http://www.interfax.ru/world/378948

No charges were given - he's just not welcome in the country. Ukraine is getting dangerous not only for the Russian journalists, but also for other foreigners as well. Remember that Andy Rochelli was killed by the Kiev junta for taking the picture of children hiding in the basements (in Slavyansk). The Kiev junta has drawn a thin line for the journalists. There are some dos and don'ts. If you don't obey them, then they will kill you.

Back to burning: Maidan activists set tires on fire to protest eviction (VIDEO)http://rt.com/news/162748-kiev-maidan-tires-burning/In Russian: http://www.interfax.ru/world/378962Nauseous black smoke from burning tires is back in Central Kiev. A group of Maidan activists set them on fire in a gesture of protest against an order from Kiev’s elected Mayor Vladimir Klitshchko’s to remove the barricades. “The key goal of the Maidan – ousting the dictator – has been reached, so the barricades should be dismantled,” he said.
Similar statements came from the elected president, Petro Poroshenko.
“No Maidans would affect the president, no matter how much anyone would want it. Otherwise Maidan would no longer be the will of the people and would turn into a common spin technique. I know how to deal with such techniques,” he said. One legitimately elected "dictator" out, another less legitimately elected (only ~14% of total population votes) dictator in. Both are oligarchs. And the EU deal is still not signed. People comments are entertaining to read. Along the lines of: "Now that the US put their pet-president in place, the guys on Maidan better pack up and leave or else they'll be proclaimed separatists and dealt accordingly with bullets. Welcome to the Western democracy." Or: "They think that this time they'll also be facing unarmed policemen, like when Yanukovich was in the office."
