Some of the checkpoints which they have mentioned here (Dolzhansky, Chervonopartizansk, Krasnaya Mogila.etc) are currently under the control of Lugansk People's Army.

Poroshenko promises that peace and stability in Ukraine will be restored within 3 months of his inauguration. He promises wide-range amnesty during his inauguration in the 7th and a peaceful approach. He also promises decentralisation and that he conducts negotiations with EU, USA and Canada regarding development of such plan (interesting that he needs to consult with NATO first, and not with his people, also wonder if it'll be federalisation that Russia was suggesting all along)

France should stay strong and be its own master. No one should say that it to jump into an alliance with Russia if it defies a US(NATO) order. If France decides to not finish building those ships, it must be done on the premise of what is good for France, not on what is good for the US.
