Possibly an exchange but I'm not sure Mintpal has the volume to support that many VTC. Unless a TONNE of people are leaving their coins on the exchange and not moving them. Seems a risky business. I would hope people with a lot of coins keep them in cold storage until they need them.

The reason I say that is that their volume is so low in trade on any given day.

Yeah, maybe it has something to with Moolah buying Mintpal. I think Moolah used to be fairly big supporter of vtc, maybe he still is and just not public about it so much like doge...

not Mintpal.
It's Cryptsy cold storage.

on all crypto, there is the same pattern.
seems Cryptsy make some cleanup

EDIT : you can follow wafflepool blocks for verify it :
VgoL97E5CEbPJtcfuNHw9B8rEudTgVQeC6 (Wafflepool address) =>
VgWcge7qn5UdocZGsnwjMgpMscmL4WbNPb (deposit address for Wafflepool) =>
VmyrQqRrYNFUWD5cFNnToy7qpfMZjMfbPm (one consolidate address (25k)) =>
ViLUCuu6xWBCC388YV7xZVZhxH2e2XFZZW (cold storage)

New Developments?  Please summarize.

Stealth addresses have been working for a month, expect them to be open sourced in the next month or so.

Algo is being changed to lyra2 in anticipation of scrypt-n asics (and possibly other influencing factors as well).

Block reward may or may not be tweaked to try and prevent multipool dumping or to address inflationary concerns (assuming probably with hard fork to switch to new algo).

Green currency prices fell by more than ten times, don't know developers is how to treat?

Price is far from "good". It's very low and dropping at an ever increasing rate compared to say LTC. I agree that Vert is now all but dead. Nice concept to be ASIC resistant, but the market has moved on, X11 is the new wonder ALT and no one cares about ASIC resistance anymore except the die-hard believers on this thread.  Be friendly to Multipools, they won't go away and learn from history that if you try to buck the market you will lose big time.
