I have tried everything to get my pair of 280x mining. Best i can get is 70khs each. I only have 2gigs of system ram but never had a problem before with it. Anyone have a good working scrypt for 280x cards? If the ram is a problem i may just have to mine a alt coin and sell for UTC.
Ps: whats the best alt right now for the 280x?
Thanks

Pointing ALL my hash power at UTC right now, only getting 70-75KH/s per 280x, but they are also pulling a LOT less power than normal scrypt and it's helping out the cause, still not sold any of my mined coins, hoarding them all up

I thought it was suppose to be around 130khs?

You should be getting at least 110 KH/s with each 280x/7970. (Over 130KH/s if you have 8GB of RAM or more) http://www.reddit.com/r/official_utc/comments/1z93t9/cgminer_configs_for_new_nfactor/

So i need more system ram? I only have 2 gigs and that has been enough up till now. Guess i better order some. Will use the rig for something else on the future anyway i guess.

Been lurking on the forum for a while. Long term investor here who initially bought in because I thought Reggie Middleton was going to be involved with this, but holding because I can see the potential.
Sent over a modest 101 UTC to the Facebook Campaign. Thanks to all those who are volunteering, cheers.

Something is very wrong with your set up. I get 140 kh/s from my 7970. Here is my config settings. Hope it helps. we figured it out the above post there got me alot more hash i had been running 10 intensity on old config to avoid hw error and much lower TC .. sadly now that 7970 is close to hashing same as my 290x lol :*( and thats also with the 290x using the recomended config on that list.

Someone's trying to dump and manipulate the price on Mintpal. Build the sell walls and eat it into the dump.
