In my opnion nothing wrong with the dev's comment regarding transparency.
They are fully open about everything, just not about their deal with Bumface.
I am ok with that.

Let me just say that I didn't understand their concept of 'ownership'

Me too... but as long as it is in the best for the future of UTC and "our" bag's i dont mind their concept...

+1
think their "concept" is ok. Look at the future of tomorrow.

Tell me, why you should do it somehow relate to? Transparent, not transparent, what a difference to whom and under what conditions belongs UTC?

I also have a UTC and I do not care what sort of relationship with the developers and the terms on which they run. Important to me that would ultimately cost UTC worthy. If it will cost at least $ 1 I will immensely happy, because it immediately solve many of my problems. I believe in UTC and I continue to get it despite the fact that for me it is now unprofitable. Every month I pay $ 100 out of pocket for electricity that eat my card, but I'm still with UTC.

Hello

I'm having some problems trying to mine UTC.

I have Radeon 280x, 7870, 6950 and 5870 cards and they all give hw errors.

Tried yacminer 3.5 and ultracoinminer from their site with different settings and all I get is errors while hash rate changes a bit.

yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha  x --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600  -R 8000 -g 1 -w 128 --buffer-size 2656 --lookup-gap 3

ultracoinminer.exe --scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 --lookup-gap 4 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 1 -I 12 -w 128

Both of these give errors and changing the settings wont help. Does this require a specific catalyst version or am I missing something?
Thanks for all and any help.

hello rebeli,

this commandline works only for the 280x.
try to use a config.file for different grafic cards, where you can adjust the individual parameters for the different cards.

do you have enought memory? more than 8gb you need for these settings...

i use the same commandline on yacminer, but for 3 x 280x and 12gb with 13.12 driver and it works fine

sry for my bad english, i'm german

I think when UTC was with Bumface the coin was doing better, changing management hands has not made any difference but all the contrary, the value has gone down! This needs urgent work and good marketing and proyect. Changes hands will not do anything if you dont have more than buying games like most coins do, you have to make the difference

actually the price went up 50% when they took over.thse guys are very good, but nobody is a miracle worker, the price does not go x100 in a week.

We are still in the middle of transfering full management to them, managing a coin is alot of work and its not easy, please be patient and give them time to adjust

adjust, does it take one month to transfer what? I am just only telling you if you dont do anything big this coin will disappear like 90 per cent of the coins, you dont know all the new amazing poweful coins with big community are coming , node coin, sim coin, NEM, cripti, syscoin, I just want the success of UTC but these coins and many  others will top up the coinmarketcap and many people will transfer their money to these coins

Thanks for all and any help.

Catalyst 14.xx gives HW errors mining, regardless of settings, from everything I've seen (haven't set any miners on 14.4 final to test though).  Recommend 13.12!

It's on coinpayments which is a means to an end, the next step is to mass e-mail businesses to use coin payments to accept UTC.

Whats happening with UTC?, Ive been holding since march, starting to wonder if i should be buying more or not, they are cheap as hell, but if there is no new projects or good news, i fear we may go the way of the dinosaur.

Hello rapture333 you are belonging to the utc management team and doing pr and media.

Please can you tell me the plans on short term for getting more aware on shops on coin payments.
I know that the community have to help with the mass email. I am ready for this.
But what do we have to email and to whom ?
So where are the plans of the pr and media team (the pr team must lead the community with this I guess).

Next to that what kind of pr plans and actions are there more ?

PS: To all, don't think the M-team can do this all alone.
Every coin needs a community to help.
So lets do that where ever we can !
