I told myself I would not buy any more miners ... then Bitmain drops the price and puts a bunch of coupons in my account. Now I have another thash coming and not enough electricity to run it

we have to give major props to bitmain for  1) producing stable well designed hardware 2) well priced 3) solid track record of delivery as promised.

He single handily kept the asic hardware price down and prevent those shady outfits like BFL from continue to scam the bitcoin community. Right now there is absolutely no point ordering any of those preorders considering the price/GH ant is able to deliver.

BFL and those preorder companies must really hate him.

However we desperately need a 1 TH+ box soon, as the difficulty is at a point where it becomes unmanageable for the average retail miner to keep 10+ ants running in their house.  Hope bitmain has something in the works.

You have to select a coupon from a drop down at checkout, unless I'm mistaken.  I'm not seeing a way to transfer these, and it looks like it will only accept one-per purchase, so they aren't cumulative.

Can anyone verify this?

If before 2014 the only way to buy potential profitable asic was to place a preorder and took a leap of faith, now bitmain has completely changed the rules in the asic buisness.

Preorder, at least for me, currently is totally nosense.

Does this ship with an ethernet cable? Didn't see it on bitmaintech website.
Also as a backup, what's the recommended wifi antenna to use or its built into the board. If it gets too hot, I may move it to the window.

They don't ship with an ethernet cable, and I just used pipe cleaners for my wifi antennas, but they have a spot where you can attach proper ones if desired,

you are 100% correct, the coupons are not transferrable and you can only use 1 per item.

you are 100% correct, the coupons are not transferrable and you can only use 1 per item.

Actually the only way to transfer them is give your account details.
Just wipe out all your details (whatever you can) and give your account details.
