No news from Evan for a long long time. I think he just sold most of his coins at the ATH prices and go on a good retirement.

Working on Dash Labs,  since it is more experimental and hardware+software, things will move slower and they might have the same issue with not wanting to release information until after patent work has been filed.

Prolly not sitting on a beach and if he is,  prolly thinking of the next phase.   This takes time and Dash is one of the only coins paving the way forward.

I'm still holding and only sell to pay my expenses and trying to accumulate while still cheap. And my 6GPU miner mining other coins and sell them to buy dash.

Yeh thanks, I saw that Medium article too and presume he is still working hard in Dash Labs in Hong Kong.  A quick update or press release on what they are working on would be good.  I cant imagine Evan selling off his DASH and not working, I think he will work on this project in some way or another until mainstream adoption is reached...however long that takes!

George Soros’ Fund Has Approved Cryptocurrency Trading

George Soros, who famously called Bitcoin a bubble this past January, now has his fund, Soros Fund Management, internally approved for cryptocurrency trading.

Adam Fisher, who oversees macro investing for the fund, has reportedly gotten internal approval to trade cryptocurrencies. While no reports indicate that any trades have actually taken place, yet, the statement is a complete 180 degree turn from the earlier public sentiments of George Soros. However, Soros and his fund have been making indirect upward bets on cryptocurrencies by becoming the third-biggest shareholder in Overstock.com since the fourth quarter. Overstock.com was one of the first to accept cryptocurrencies and has Medici Ventures as a subsidiary to invest heavily in cryptocurrencies and related technology, including tZERO as a trading platform.

Dash-sponsored bug bounty program Bugcrowd detected a critical vulnerability in the Bitcoin Copay wallet, which was inherited by the Dash version.

The Dash Bug Bounty program, aimed at discovering vulnerabilities in the Dash codebase and that of associated projects, uncovered a critical bug in the Dash version of the Copay wallet. What tokens? Which ICO? There was no ico for dash, dash started as mining.

WeAreChange Talks with Danny Sessom about DashCares

Reddit user malarchuck, posited a video to the DashPay subreddit the other day that shows WeAreChange interviewing Danny Sessom of The Crypto Show about his involvement with DashCares. The video by WeAreChange currently has around 10,000 views and their YouTube channel has over 500 thousand subscribers. WeAreChange also currently has a 50 Dash funded proposal to aid in their independent news coverage.

The interview originally took place a few weeks ago at the Miami Bitcoin Conference and focused on how Danny and DashCares are using cryptocurrencies to “change the charity” dynamic. Danny mentioned in the video how The Crypto Show’s Dash Sponsorship allows them to “do good things” and “do something positive”, as opposed to just talk. Danny gave a brief overview of how the Dash treasury system works and how it has allowed him to build homes for the homeless, go to hurricane disaster areas to hand out care packages, work on remittances, build community centers, and other charitable acts.

I haven't read about it, but I have a feeling it's a risk that your coins will be stolen if you use that wallet. Bugs in individual wallet software can't harm the network itself (at least not in any way I'm aware of).
