I have a big respect for the people who bet on Liverpool to win today.    Because it was really like Manchester City were a few steps ahead of them before this match. Liverpool were still struggling with serious defense problems and Manchester City were showing an incredible offense performance at the same time. I thought like there was no way Liverpool were going to stop Haaland.

However they really did and won by 1-0. Manchester City had a disallowed goal before Liverpool's goal due to foul as well. If Haaland didn't make a foul then things might have been much more interesting. Salah was really passionate in this match and he was the hero of the match. My prediction was a 3-1 Manchester City win by the way and it failed hard. 

Really thanks man, but i have one clue on my side, Klopp always make Guardiola teams strug , and remembering that i put my prediction, yes it was a bold one because only 3/4 players select Liverpool if City wins the whole field can take advantage of us, but wells works fine  .

I was so sure this game will have a lot of goals in it so I lost a lot of money today. Had both to score on some tickets, had City win on some other and City to score at least 2 goals on my high stake ticket. So basically this one game killed all my tickets today  To be fair it wasn't the only loosing game on some tickets but if City won with result like 2:1 I would be much better off.

Thanks man, yeah. Such a dumb move for me really to use one big game to rescue my crap season, but in all fairness even if odds were only 2/1 I'd have done the same thing.

Of course, this was the first time in a long time I actually did NOT predict clean sheet for Liverpool vs Citeh, and then Alisson not only comes up with the goods but gives the assist.

Yes, but i see them yesterday and Arsenal doesnt play good, its the first time i see a team from outside of the big 6, make Arsenal strugled so much, Leeds could have won the match in the second half they have so many chance.

It was the worst game of Arsenal in the season so far. And leeds was in a really good shape. But luck was in Arsenal side.

Yeah, Arsenal should have lost yesterday, Leeds was much better in second half and Bamford even managed to miss a penalty. This victory which came from first bad performance by Arsenal this season actually makes me think they can lift the trophy this season. They always had the game but results were the problems, to win in PL you need to win ugly few times over the season.

Arsenal only lost one game this season and that was against United in a match where they were arguably a better side.

TBH, i do not think that they are capable to do that
I would like to see Arsenal with a trophy, so much memes around them and EL lately, but not sure that they could endure whole season, especially with a WC break, that could push them into stagnation and they can easily miss few weeks without a win, which is enough to slip trophy in final score

They don't have an advantage of 4 points against City and I see them more like cup team. You know a team that is more likely to surprise in one or two games and win against anybody then keep a constant throughout the whole season and be league champions.

Kane has been on point whole season while Son has been quite poor for the most of it. Spurs will need Son in his best form for any chance of fighting with the best teams. Richarilson and Kulusevski are solid players but they can't be placed in same sentence as in form Son.

I expected more from the Spurs this year, as well.  1/4 of they way through the season and I tend to agree with Trofo here.  After Son's performance last year I figured the Kane/Son combo could be dominant this year.  They reminded me of Salah/Firmino of years past.  It's still too early to count the Spurs out of contention for the title, but they definitely need more consistency from Son if they're going to get there.  Nonetheless, I wouldn't count them out of the top 5 when it's all over.

Well deserved, he single-handedly led Real Madrid to the Champions League title, I wish the 2020 event was never canceled, it would be so unfair if Lewandowski retired without a Ballon D'or trophy, dude won everything in 2020, too bad no competition was canceled except the Ballon D'or, I wish they could do something about it, I remember Messi saying in his 2021 Ballon D'or speech that the Ballon D'or host should reward Lewandowski his 2020 award.

Both teams have good attacking players and a weak defense, but I'd take Manchester United to win at 2.41. Rashford, Ronaldo, and Antony appear to have found a common ground, as they have linked up well in recent matches.

If I really have to pick another team to win the EPL this season, that would have been Arsenal for sure. Its almost 20 years from the last time they won the Premier League trophy so I totally would love them to win although City is looking much more promising but its a whole year season and Arsenal could probably do it somehow

This week starts with the 2 games of tonight.While for Brighton I do not doubt a convincing victory I want to talk about Palace vs Wolves more.I think the odd of Palace is really good at 2.20 while we know that Wolves has not a scored a goal in open play since September 3rd because in the last game they just scored from the penalty spot.

I know that you all think like I do that Palace is a boring team but despite being a boring team they have real chances to win against Wolves tonight with a fantastic odd which I think everyone of us should take advantage from.

No, I disagree with you on this one. I believe Spurs' best year was in 2015, when they competed  with Leicester City and nearly won it if it hadn't been for E. HAZARD, who ruined the party. Poch's best year at Spurs, and don't forget that they reached the Champions League final a few years ago. They've had some memorable moments over the years.

Right now, I'm feeling for Mendy because Kepa is determined to reclaim his former No. 1 spot; he's been fantastic since the new coach arrived, and four clean sheets in a role against four top sides is a good fight..

If I were Mendy, I would sign the pending contract extension while it is still available before the other Major League GK arrives in January. I'm afraid James' long-term injury will end the winning streak. Tbh. Last season, it happened to us. We lost the league last season due to long-term injuries to James and Chilwell.

  I didn't understand you completely. Are you saying that Real was worse than City and Liverpool and only won at the expense of Benzema? But Benzema plays at Real Madrid = Real Madrid was stronger.
The fact that City and Liverpool are above Real Madrid is absurd and nothing more. I wish I could see this in boxing: Boxer A beat Boxer B and Boxer C, but he's lower in power rating than both of them.

As a United fan, I find it hard to believe that United will win - it would be too good and with victories over Liverpool and Arsenal it even looks like something like a fairy tale. I am biased, so I do not presume to judge the winner (although in the pool I chose United, of course).

Yes I also think so but the problem is that time is passing fast and we are already at the 60th minute of the game.You know that the team that needs to win the more minutes pass the more become pressured and when becoming pressured to win it can be prone to make many many mistakes which in the end would translate into Brighton not winning and that would crush all the pool predictors together with many bettors,the odd of 1.40 of Brighton was really small and most people probably have bet on them.

The stats though as you say point to some really Brighton dominance which I hope until the end of the game to translate to a Brighton win.

At least Wolves have turned the game around to make it 2-1 in their favor, and few minutes plus stoppage life, and I could get an exact point for that, so fair enough then.
