dnotes.cryptopools.com still have 50 more bonus blocks. Find a block and 100 Dnotes added to your account on top of your normal reward. Find 10 blocks and that's 1000 Dnotes extra for ya... -tb-

If that's the price it opens at when we get on exchanges I think I'll cry a river of joy I'm a wizard if that's the opening price. I guess that's some sort of goal that pool operators have set to encourage miners. Since most coins are derivatives of Litecoin the default for most stuff is Litecoin. So what you are seeing is Litecoins price. Once the coin is established on an exchange pools will change the code, if they haven't disabled it all together.

All that is needed is a strong community base. That community starts to create satellite services revolving around the coin. Then as the coin becomes more relevant in the physical world, a higher value comes, and we see Litcoin prices. That takes time but then again with a lot of the ground work being laid out by Litecoin and Bitcoin, maybe not as much. Just remember! It takes not only a great dev but an excited dedicated community as well to make a successful coin.

That is very true, and it seems as though this a community who will support the currency 100%, and the dev seems fully focused on pushing DNotes as far as he can so that's even better! I guess we'll see in the next few weeks where it goes what's your guess at a starting value when we hit the exchanges? as long as everyone doesn't dump straight away...

Attention all supporters looking to do something more than mine! The Dev has created a thread listing current bounties and contests here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=477479 (link in OP too) There is something for anyone to do as long as you have a brain and a computer(since we're here I'll take that as a yes!) Good luck!

I might have to hit you up Tofer, some nice gfx work there. Way back since the spinning coin It is nice to see (most) the posts since the launch. Lot of crap before-hand. And nikpatel26 hit the nail on the head - it takes EVERYBODY - to make anything worth something. And I think that's been true here, not just "give me" or "me take"

And I think that's been true here, not just "give me" or "me take" I took a class for a few years in high school. I like the quote about children from Hook if anyone has seen that movie. It sums up a lot of what's wrong with the world. "I want I want I want me me me mine mine mine"

what's your guess at a starting value when we hit the exchanges? as long as everyone doesn't dump straight away...
There will be dumping that is a FACT. Every coin will go through that the trick is surviving it and moving on. The question is will everyone panic and follow suit or will they hold fast and scoff at some big mining op doing what they do and dumping. The reason why max coin for example is where it's at is because there were many big pockets dumping millions of fiat into it. And that coin has been savagely dumped since it hit exchanges. Of course, in my opinion, max coin was/is/most likely will be overpriced and can only sustain its price for so long. A healthy starting price I would like to see is a nickle per NOTE. It may be low but is a good number to work with. You know if popularity is less than expected on an exchange it isn't a big hit to early investors, but if the popularity is more than expected it will be a nice profit. But I'm not the greatest market analyst so take my advice/opinion with a grain of salt.

Tofer, you are exactly correct. It is not where we are today, but where we are going from here that matters. Armed with a winning strategy and strong conviction of a large army of DNotes believers we can go far. Our immediate goal is to aggressively build a very large community of stake holders while demonstrating to them that DNotes is indeed different and deserves to be the crypto currency of the future. We will not win them all, but we do believe that many will value our different approach to systematically help rebuild the trust and confidence so badly needed in the world of crypto currency today. If you are a strong believer of DNotes it is now your coin. Participate in any way you can in building a strong community and take it to the next level. The real value of DNotes is in the future.

I've been cleaning an abandoned house over the past month and I've found tons of comics from the 80's and beanie babies that I could fill someones store with when it's inevitably created. I would make one if I even new where to begin. Lol I hate beanie babies and I would burn em if people wouldn't pay for em.
