DNOTES WON THE CRYPTORUSH VOTE
That's great news! Starting to hit the bigger exchanges should bring more notice to DNOTES and therefore more people to the community!
One thing that I think has been beneficial for DNotes is there is no other good altcoin super new altcoin at the moment. QuarkBar, GPUCoin, EduCoin SwitchCoin, PerfectCoin, SuckCoin, Titanium, Major Piece, SnoopCoin, FairCoin, and loads of others either on the release calendar, or just recently released.....they are all just plain awful. Shoddily designed, poorly executed, scammy, based on dumb ideas, etc.
The only one that I've been impressed with of late is PenguinCoin and Zeitcoin. I think PENG has had a nice run since it's launch or month or so ago, but like Doge, I think it has little to no long term staying power. Zeit is one I really, really like. It's got a pretty massive inbuilt community because of the Zeit movement. It launched two days ago, and its [ANN] thread is already triple as long as this one.
But I am a miner, and only have one (solid) rig. So DNotes is a by far a better choice for me to put my time and mining effort into. DNotes has already pwned in the sense that its had a super successful, flawless launch, and is gaining notice, with a growing community.
But the challenge to really make it, among others, is to compete against other coin communities like Zeit or Doge that have such a powerful base of people to start from (in Doge's case, we are talking Reddit, which took to the coin like a pig in the muck).
I've been in personal contact with the Dev, and tho I don't know much, I do know that DNotes has some very exciting and innovative plans for the future of NOTE.
