TheRealSteve's post are gold on this thread - it would be great if someone could write a newb 101 on how to read and understand the information
I'll give it a stab with larger images (+ arrows pointing to bits and pieces), but turning it into 101 might be for more eloquent individuals Smiley

Done - who's bored and wants to do a quick once-over and throw questions at me that may still need answering?  I'll throw it into a PM.

You're in the right dude, but take that minute you wasted on this guy and ask Steve if you can offer feedback for the 101 he's working on.

Give me five minutes of your day and we can really get something happening.

I appreciate the guys defending this coin, but it's time to let them post whatever they need and we'll focus on why all of us are here.

I'm not admonishing you for your comment, really, fuck that guy. But let's put our time in the most productive direction.

If you are a person with a farm big enough to solo mine and actually profit, I would think you wouldn't need a guide...

If you are a person with a farm big enough to solo mine and actually profit, I would think you wouldn't need a guide...

Everyone says that, but nobody really measures... in the long run if the algo is fair you should get at least as much as the pool plus the pool fee. I am measuring now with other coin, and so far the pool has paid me 50% less of the coins I would have got mining solo.

Also the algo is not fair, the hash rate is slightly better with higher diff so you can get 3-5% more coins in the long run, just I don't think it is possible at the moment unless you know how to program, which makes it even more unfair.

There is the security issue of having a pool with more than 50% of the hashrate.

Cheers!.

TLDR; Is better for the coin if there is a guide to solo mine, even if it is only for the paranoids like me.
