This is very hard to believe as I can see that we have zero open tickets from the time of and before your comment. Can you please DM me your userID and I can double check. From what I gathered here, someone accessed your account and withdrew your funds. If that is the case, then there is nothing we can do as crypto transactions are immutable. This type of issue can be easily avoided by simply activating 2FA on your account. Unless there is more to your story, I don't see how this is a valid scam accusation. Please use 2FA in the future.

Fine these answers and solve your issue. Your account got hacked, it could be because your device might be compromised. Night is what I said and with the level and scheme hackers/scammers have got, they can even have a bug on your device that gives updates on your activities. 2FA wouldn’t save you much at that point as all you do is mirrored with them. The closest 2FA could do for you is the awareness but, of course, they could join mails or create alternative mails and what have you to still be affiliated.

They said there were no open tickets when they checked, and you uploaded those documents eleven days ago and contacted live support six times. Even though you opened live chat six times, number of tickets is zero. That's mean the support agents marking those live chat conversations as solved so their boss or others does not see it as pending or as open ticket.

Even though Bc game claims they have 24/7 support, I still believe they should have another support channel where people can contact regarding their issues. Or at least if they monitor the cases here in Bitcointalk, it would be helpful for them. Sometimes support agents does not care and mark tickets as solved without further investigation.

I know how you feel... I feel the same about some providers. I will never play Hacksaw, Spinomenal, or Endorphina slots again! And I think I will add a few more providers to this list soon. I lost thousands of dollars on these slots over time, playing normally and buying bonuses, but after so many x0 bonus rounds and long long losing streaks, I will simply forget about these providers, especially Hacksaw!

Agree to Hacksaw provider! I have same terrible experience with that provider. Burning a lot of dollar on bunch of spin without hitting any huge multiplier even for just recovering my losses. Nice to see comments that appreciate what I’m trying to convey here.

Probably, they are too busy with multiple cases. But I believe if they need more employees to do their work on time, they should do it and solve every case in a timely manner. The lack is from the BC game side. There is a reason why efialtis does not respond to you. The possible reason is he also did not get any response from the BC game side and he has nothing new to share with you.

Icopress might have direct contact with them. You can try PM him. The notable thing is any of them (Icopress, efialtis) won't be able to solve the issue if Bc game does not respond to them. Well, I perfectly understand bud, first impression is indeed something many people take seriously, even though it doesn't always have anything to do with what the end impression might be or look like, many still see their impression with something as a pointer to whether to keep doing that thing or just quit ...

I do have some guys as friends who have made it a habit to not play gambling/betting the rest of the day if they lose their first, second and third games consecutively on that day, they just conclude that it's going to be a very bad day for them that day as long as gambling is concerned, for this reason , you won't find them near any casino the whole of that day until the next day, whether this is working for them , I do not know since I'm not that close, but then, I completely understand that as humans with different faces, so is our attitude and character , as well as perspective to things patterning to luck mostly .

This the speculation that I’m trying avoid believing since it will destroy my whole belief in gambling in overall since we are all just trusting all the casino that their games will be fair which is why it’s called probably fair. 

Nevertheless I will surely make a comeback here since I still have tons of lock funds in there for my rakeback. Maybe next month after I get over on the terror of my bad luck in there. But the house blackjack is really the worst tbh, I can’t imagine playing on a software which you will always pray that the house will not get 10 and A instead of enjoyin the game since that’s what they are getting.
