No matter what the place is, there's always a troll or should I say a hater. I wonder what their goal is and if they want to do it then they should provide a proof but I think the effort is for nothing unless they did provide a solid proof. I don't have any problems with bc game and I can say that this js just pure troll without evidence that they didn't pay. I have an account in bc game for a long time though I have stopped gambling but I did test their platform and it's nice. I think it's better if we don't take notice to that troll as it will only get more annoying when bc.game already said it to use the live support.

Never only rely on trustpilot. A lot of times when people have a positive experience, they don’t write about it; when they are complaints everybody will write about it to ventilate as people just like to complain lol.

You yourself answered the concern in these two lines. If TrustPilot and review sites like them had a balance for both positive and negative experienced feedback then you could consider the ratings are fair.

No business can have 100% satisfied clients. Even with a 10% unsatisfied customers and eighty percent from this 10% is going to leave the bad review but only less than 0.5% from the remaining ninety percent from the happy customers can make the overall a 2.5 star of the scale of 5 star.

When customers are happy they don't care to spend a single second for a review or feedback type things but when anything is wrong they will try to use every single opportunity to solve their problem, it's not surprise.

Let's forget about logic. But you may want to agree that not all of them are spam. Maybe half of them(or more) are genuine reviews? If someone has no issues, why would they write something negative? The Irony is; People don't write when they get good service. But people write about it when they get bad service.

Please don't use capitals. I don't really get 100% what you are saying, but casinos are not a charity and every casinos wants to make a profit otherwise they will need to close the books. I can only say that I received payments from them (some time ago) and with me multiple members but if you choose not to believe it, that's fine by me.

@mumu, try to contact efialtis from BTCGOSU, he has a close contact with BC.game. Another option could be icopress as bc.game hired him as a campaign manager. They would be able to help you out and solve this case.

I don't know how true your side of story is but other day I read their representative and he clearly said they prefer communication via their live support and other supports available on their platform. Now if they don't take care their clients on their platform then something is missing.

They have already launched their campaign successfully on this forum, and they are running a good service if I'm not wrong. I know that sometimes it's hard for the sites to entertain each user when they have huge number of users on their platform. However, we can't say that their customer support is dead. If you have any issues then you should contact their live support team, and you should wait for their reply. Sometimes on such sites the replies take sometime due to huge number of users in queue. I don't think that they are going to close down because if they really wanted to end their platform then they won't launch their signature campaign. icopress is the manager of their campaign, and it's going to start from this Monday. I hope that's enough to make you sure that they aren't closing down their service.

I am not saying they are a scam, think if you are a new person and you want to create a casino account, you go to trustpilot and see all these accusations the first thing you will think is that you have to avoid the casino. On trustpilot no one posts evidence, so it's easy for someone to blame the casino just because they played a lot and lost. what i think is that casinos need to have a trustpilot representative in order to disprove all these scam accusations, in the case of BC.Game they have a trustpilot representative
