May reach around 180 runs. India failed to capitalize on the good start both openers gave. I think if NZ plays a decent batting then they can easily win this match. They shouldn't lose more wickets in the beginning. The two wickets both Rohit and Dube in an over, turned the match towards NZ. After that run rate came down. In the first 10 overs almost scored 90 runs and lost only one wicket so expected 100+ runs in last 10 overs but they managed to score around 90 runs, not that bad. Now, it all depends on how bowlers do bowling.

^^Beauty of T-20 game. Momentum always change with in few ball, At one time they were going with 10+ runs per over but nothing beats when wickets falls like that. India did good with the last over though, 179 runs looks competitive and now time for Indian bowlers and kiwi batsmen.

I was expecting Grandhomme to start the hitting as he was sent for batting over Taylor but it seems that Williamson has taken the lead with the hitting department. Its time for start worrying and do something about Williamson if they plan to win this match.

Gone, the match is just over. Only 22 runs left and Williamson is still playing. I must say that he alone managed to get those crucial runs and get the first win for his team. No hope that India will bring back the match.

Dube is bad in bowling too and even Bumrah is going for runs.

This was a nerve wreching match to watch. Every T20s that goes to superover are super exciting. Fast Pace and Unpredictability is the beauty of T20 and superover just fits in the format.

So proud of Shami. NZ needed 9 and got a six at the start. who would think they would lose the match only needing 2 runs from the last 4 balls. Those 2 wickets just changed a winning match into a tie and then Rohit's 2 sixes off the last 2 balls. It was a miracle win!

I really wished for NZ to win this match. They had every chance to win this match. Their feilding was excellent, batting was good especially Williamson. They needed only 2 runs from 4 balls. Even posted a good 18 run target in super-over. But all their hopes were shattered by Shami and Rohit  I feel miserable for them.

Super overs have never worked for them since last year

Did a mistake by underestimating them because of their first 2 failures but today they proved to be strong due to one man Williamson and they did pose a big target even in the super over. Southee is their best bowler but still Rohit's sixes were too much to handle.

I managed to watch the match from the 7th or 8th over of New Zealand's innings. It was in New Zealand's side all the time untill Kane got caught in the 4th last ball of the last over. Still there were three balls to get only 2 runs to win but Shami really bowled some good balls or I would say New Zealand was too unlucky at the last ball?

Taylor had inside edge and ball broke the stump. It could be a ball to the keeper or a hit in the meaty section of the bat or even the ball could go in any direction and no one could stop them to score only one run!

Man! 2 runs from last 4 balls and New Zealand failed !!! Unbelievable.

In the super over the match was under control of kewis but again these last two balls only made the damage. How many more times New Zealand will lose a match in super over?

Tim Southee should have never bowled those half volleys, because Rohit Sharma never misses such deliveries. This is where I feel that New Zealand is missing their strike bowler (Trent Boult). If Boult was on their side, then they could have easily won this match. Can you imagine a side losing the super over, after scoring a massive 17 runs batting first?

It is unfortunate about the wrong decision but we had seen many bogus decisions in the past that affected the match but in that match everything was scrutinized because it was a costly miss by the umpire even with all the advantage with the current umpires with the help of technology and the captain could have questioned and challenged the decision during the event even though he could have been fined but that did not happen, these are bad timings and they are really unlucky in these close contest and that is the truth.

These are hypothetical situation as Trent Boult is injured and Tim Southee is their strike bowler, i think they will have a hard time if spinners will ball the super over who is able to mix the deliveries because Tim Southee is known to give away too many looking at his economy in T20, India won the series and hopefully they will give the bench players some opportunities to perform.
