Harry kane is gone now and no much competition for the highest goal scorer in Erling Halaand.

It was a beautiful victory for Manchester city in this first match to top the premier league competition table with three points in this season, which is a sign that they will still try their best to make the tournament work for their favour. Manchester city players showcased some tactics that made people to believe that their players are still in a solid ground despite the released of some of their players during the summer season to have some money to finance other projects in the team so that they can move to their next level in this season. Erling Haaland prove to his fans that he will definitely achieve the highest goals scorers in this season which he has started the opener of the match with two goals for Manchester city to defeated Burnley 3-0.

 Indeed City mean business as usual even The Magpies, they never let their touch as of last season go. While City was beating Burnley 3 goals to nil Newcastle were busy bagging in more goals (5-1) against Aston Villa.
 Whenever both team get to meet this week, is going to be a cracker. What Manchester City did against Burnley won't repeat it self against Newcastle because they're so going to make life a living hell for the Citizens.
 Speaking about Haaland, he's still scoring for the Citizens but I'm not sure he's going to continue with that form for long, as it the injury that's hitting KDB is something to look out toI mean Pep need to do something about that and I don't see City getting anybody to assist Haaland more than KDB, is best for Haaland to change his pattern of play or else he'll be more frustrated if he's not scoring as before.

If the team had been the complete team that played in the preseason without any injuries to the key player that scored good goals for them (Christopher Nkunku), Chelsea would have won because they threatened the Liverpool goal more than once. The new coach has done well so far, the players are more confident now in themselves and how they play. The was also concern about the captain of the team Reece James, but he did not look injured to me, and I do not think that he was removed from the game due to injury.

Yes, Chelsea game was better than last season where the players started to be well organized in this match because the Chelsea squad this season really had a lot of changes starting from the arrival of new players or coaches. As it was the first match of the season, every team performed very cautiously. No team wants to lose points and fall behind in the title race. Salah hit the bar and had a goal disallowed by the smallest of margins, as did Chilwell. I think Liverpool were the better team for the first 30 minutes and the last 15 minutes. Chelsea were better for the time between that.

A draw is a fair result, both teams will need to improve a lot to achieve their goals this season.

Manchester City and other clubs that competed in the top 4 last season it seems that even this season these clubs are more enthusiastic than last season.

Manchester City journey this season in the Premier League is not like last season, not because the quality of the squad has decreased, but the rise of the new strength of their rivals means that Manchester needs to maintain the form it started in the first game of the season when it beat Burnley. The Blues did everything possible to get hold of the Liverpool  that's not really in a good shape. Is best for Klopp to get better midfielders to cover those positions that are empty if not this season is going to be bad for them and playing an attacker in the midfield is not going to help, imagine they play against Newcastle, it would be a different ball game and they would lose if it happens to be so (that's against Newcastle).

Chelsea for ones have made their fans smile despite the fact that they had to play out a 1-1 draw against Liverpool. I could not get my eyes off the Blues and I was really impressed by the way they made the game flow from the defense line to the attack. Speaking about attack, Jackson has turn the Chelsea team to something better than last season where they have jokers running around like some kind of headless chicken, the player (JACKSON) was everywhere creating chances trying to get a goal and it made the midfielders and wingers to keep running without stopping and getting the ball in the box. Is best they continue like this who knows they might be a threat to other teams in the EPL.

Saying they are a surprise club is not wrong, but considering they have done better in the past it should not be a surprise as we all know the big name of Chelsea. Van Dijk is no longer able to play well and he is too slow that caused some dead points in Liverpool defense. Liverpool must replace Van Dijk or have better team mates who can cover some defensive weakness from Van Dijk.
