West Ham United seems to have figured out how to defend against Arsenal. Arteta's lineup, formation, tactics, and especially his substitutions have become quite predictable. Arsenal made a mistake in their formation, and West Ham took advantage of it, mercilessly defeating them. Arsenal's performance was very poor, and they were slow in their build-up to attack. West Ham strategically had many defenders in the middle, making it extremely difficult for Arsenal to score.

Arsenal, who played against Liverpool with a score of 1-1, I thought would give Arsenal the lead, but in reality, Arsenal had to suffer the shame of losing 0-2 and in the first half, West Ham took the lead through T. Soucek's goal and I thought that in the second half, Arsenal would made a goal back but in fact in the 2nd half K. Mavropanos added the score for West Ham. To be honest, I also failed in betting on Arsenal's victory this time. I predict that Arsenal has the potential to drop in ranking because I am sure that tomorrow Aston Villa will play against Burnley and I am sure that Aston Villa will win and will shift Arsenal's position. However, if Aston Villa loses, I think there is great potential for Manchester City to move up the rankings if Manchester City wins the match against Sheff Utd.


Now the competition is getting more exciting and I'm sure the competition between Liverpool Arsenal Aston Villa Tottenham and Manchester City will be even more tense and we'll see the match and I predict Liverpool and Arsenal will be the favorite teams and I predict Arsenal and Liverpool will continue to compete.

and tomorrow's match Manchester City against Sheff UTD I bet on Manchester City winning, and I'm sure Pep Guardiola will make a good strategy.

It is also dissappointing that Totthenham which you also mentioned here lose theirs in the hands of Briton who were so better in their display last night.It is now becoming hard for Arteta to win WestHam, because it was this same team that eliminated Arsenal from the Carling cup final.,and I wonder how Arsenal would allow them win them just like that.It is now very clear and open that any team between Liverpool,Arsenal, Mancity can win the premier league,but I doubt if Arsenal will be able to win this again,they are now beginning to flop again as they normally do,and as far as I'm concerned,there is nothing special about this Arsenal team,they are becoming weak in their play,their front line is no longer sharp because Saka and Martinelli aren't getting goals again.At the end of the day,the race will be between Mancity and Liverpool.

Arteta really has to start making other variations in their strategy. Because Arsenal is too monotonous in terms of strategy. But this defeat will definitely create a great incentive in the Arsenal squad to be more careful in the next matches. And no longer underestimate your opponent just because the opponent doesn't build much attack and defends more.

In the next match, Arsenal will face Fullham and I don't think Arsenal can lose in that match. Or the title race will simply elude them.

Surprised here that even with Arsenal attacking so much, they didn't get success. As their defense was very weak due to which the opposing team was able to score goals with easy attacks. West Ham United's players had a total of 6 attacks on goal throughout the game, with only 2 of the 6 attacks being successful. Because the defense department of the Arsenal team was also careless, due to which they were able to score very easily, only 13 minutes later, the West Ham United team was ahead by scoring the first goal.

If I see Arsenal need a striker, Eddie and Jesus cannot lead this team. Arsenal needs a goal-hungry striker so that Arsenal have no difficulty scoring goals. Because it is very useless if in a match Arsenal is superior in everything including possession of the ball but they have difficulty scoring goals, maybe after this match Arteta will bring in a great striker in the transfer market later. With a squad like this, Arsenal will have difficulty facing the intense competition in the EPL league.

Even though Westham was disappointed, we are confident that Arsenal will bounce back. because they are still in 2nd place, only 2 points behind leaders Liverpool, and the league still has a long way to go!!!

Since the start of the season, Arsenal's team's problem has always been the front line, whose performance is sometimes not optimal, the team is able to control the game but they cannot score goals, this is indeed a problem for Arteta.
Apart from that, I think this problem is not too obvious because we should not just look at one match, but at the overall match played by Arsenal, they sometimes have a good performance up front.

I don't think Arsenal's defeat is a big problem because they have a pretty busy schedule, even though the defeat at home made them quite devastated, but I'm sure Arteta will be able to restore the confidence of the Arsenal players and return to a positive trend, I don't see this in real terms excessive.

West Ham on the other hand, utilized every chance they could get. Having 3 shots on target and scoring 2 goals, they sure made good use of every opportunity they could get which wasn’t much.

This defeat left points that became the difference with Liverpool 2 points above, this defeat is really hard to believe especially betting on Arsenal whose odds are 1.34.

The first goal from West Ham what I saw was a defender's mistake that could not be anticipated properly, maybe it was an inappropriate position but West Ham players were always ready in front of Arsenal's goal so this goal happened without Arsenal defenders.

The second goal from the cornerback was also actually difficult, it's just that the position of the West Ham player was right to take the header to become a goal, of course David Raya was out of step with this goal and difficult to stop.

When it was 2 goals West Ham was quite confident and solid in defense, despite the onslaught of Arsenal attacks they still could not be broken down, Areola did a good job and made several important saves for his team.

There's no guarantee having a new striker will make arsenal to perform even better. It may also become a boomerang for arsenal soon. Arsenal has been linked to the toney but it seems arteta is still willing to think for twice before try to sign him as a new player.

Arsenal penetrated it many times but it kept failed to score. Martinelli, saka or even other attack of arsenal have been trying so hard to score but their efforts were totally useless. caused by westham was not only putting defenders on its defensive line but it was also putting the big wall.
Look at how goal keeper of westham was always blocking any shoot that came from arsenal. Saka, martinelli or even trossard have been trying to do everything to make sure club will not lose three points but we must admit that westham's defensive line is too strong.

So true, the main weakness of club that was playing offensively was low block. By making Arsenal play upfront, it will create an opportunity for West Ham to have an advantage as most of their players will be going up.
By providing additional opportunities, the counterattack has a greater likelihood of achieving success. It's my first time to see that arsenal was very struggling to score even a single goal.

Why are you so optimistic about Arsenal being able to get 9 points from their next three games,I knew WestHam were going to pose threat on them,but I thought the highest they could get was a draw,I didn't know the results will be a dissappointing one for the gunners.In premier league, anything can happen,as as far as I know,Arsenal are not sure of winning their next game,untill they get to the game,and win it.The smaller teams these days are not showing any sign of being weak,they can win any team at any point in time,but the only thing that I see about this Arsenal team is that they are good at bouncing back from defeat,they can easily realise their mistake,and work towards getting a better result in their next game.
It would delight me if they can go on to win their next three matches,but if they don't,then the tittle would no longer be in their favour.

Arsenal unfortunately could have lost the match 1-0 meaning 1 goal but they lost by 2 so it can be said that it was their bad luck and not their careless play. But as part of the analysis it should be said that West Ham didn't dominate Arsenal or anything like that. West Ham turned very little into very big whereas Arsenal did it vice versa. They had a lot of chances, but they didn't score goals. The penalty at the end of the game was rather meaningless, but still. If someone showed you all the game statistics without goals scored, I think hardly anyone would think that this game ended 0-2.

West Ham United seems to have figured out how to defend against Arsenal. Arteta's lineup, formation, tactics, and especially his substitutions have become quite predictable. Arsenal made a mistake in their formation, and West Ham took advantage of it, mercilessly defeating them. Arsenal's performance was very poor, and they were slow in their build-up to attack. West Ham strategically had many defenders in the middle, making it extremely difficult for Arsenal to score.

Arsenal literally struggled around west ham yesterday, they literally couldn't penetrate the defense line of west ham, even after the first goal in the first half where I was beginning to think it will cause Arsenal to be awakened and want to win but they were still slow and didn't do any better regardless.

West ham now seem to have understood Arsenal so well and did prepared against Arsenal's defense line while theirs was kept intact as well, west Hams victory yesterday was deserving as they did played so well enough to have won that game, this is a valid indication that what happened to Arsenal last season may repeat it self again this season as they may be unable to win the league title after getting to the top a few times, Arteta needs to be a dynamic and not repeating same style and pattern to the point he turns out very much predictable.

A well executed tactics was deployed by West Ham against Arsenal it was indeed a mass defence and counterattack style of play and they utilized their setpiece well for instance they scored their second goal through cornerkick and couldn't get a free kick in dangerous position for Wardprowse who was a specialist in the kick every effort by  dominant Arsenal side to break "park bus" of West Ham proved abortive even with all their possession and more shot on target West Ham stood their ground unfortunately Arsenal couldn't get their desire result of securing the three maximum points it's quite a disappointing first home loss of the season.

Westham defeated Arsenal yesterday, to make it three consecutive wins in the Premier League without conceding a goal in those three matches. Westham had a very tough schedule, playing Manchester United and Arsenal in the space of six days, Westham defeated both Manchester United and Arsenal to make it to the top six in the Premier League table.
